Fear Dream Explanation — The person or object causing fear in the dream represents harm and aversion. To feel scared in a dream means happiness in wakefulness. Fear in a dream also could mean evil, corruption or suffering from the consequences of wrongdoing one has committed. If one dies of fear in his dream, it means that he does not pay people their rights and particularly if he is afraid of a human being or from his own evildoing. Fear Dream Explanation — (Dismay; Fright; Terror) In a dream, fear means the opposite. In fact, fear in a dream represents peacefulness and repentance in wakefulness. If one sees himself scared and running away from fear in a dream, it means that he will win the upper hand. If one sees himself in a dream waiting to battle with fear, it means that he will join a war. If one sees himself afraid, and if a voice says to him; " Do not be afraid, you will not die, nor will you be able to bear this life, " it means that he may become blind. If one sees himself as a Allah-fearing person in a dream, it means that his worldly fears will dissipate and he will develop true devotion and constant remembrance of his Lord. Satan Dream Explanation — o Being followed by Satan: The dreamer's enemy is after him, trying to lure him and bring him down in many ways, in view of the Quranic verse: "... So Satan followed him up, and he went astray." ("Al-Aaraf' [The Heights], verse 175.)

Amputation Dream Explanation — The amputation of a limb means the dreamer will be exiled and his folk scattered, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: "And We have sundered them in the earth as [separate] nations ..." Satan Dream Explanation — o Being touched by a party of devils as the dreamer is busy mentioning God: He has plenty of enemies who are after his blood in view of the Quranic verse: "Lo! those who ward off (evil), when a glamour from the Devil troubleth them, they do but remember (Allah's guidance) and behold them seers!" Jew Dream Explanation — o Being a Jew means the dreamer will fail to perform the Muslim rites and, therefore, be punished by God while still alive and experience humiliation because, says Ibn Siren, those Jews who had committed an aggression by fishing on a Saturday (Sabbath day), thus transgressing the injunctions of God, were turned into apes. The story is narrated in chapter VII of the Holy Quran, titled "Al-Aaraf' (The Heights), verses 163-67.34

Saleh Dream Explanation — Saleh is an Arab prophet from the tribe of Thamud whose folk are named after their grandfather Thamud, brother of Jeddis. Their father was Aather ibn (son of) Aram ibn Sam ibn Nuh (Hoah). They came from Areba and lived in Al-Hijr, between Al-Hijaz and Tabuk. The Muslims Holy Prophet passed by them when he was on his way to Tabuk. Their traces can be found in Saudi Arabia in a place called Madain (the cities of) Saleh. Jew Dream Explanation — o Seeing Jews means: (1) Mercy from God, because the Arabic word for Jew is (singular, Ya-hudi, and plural, Yahud) is a homonym of "to repent," "to turn unto Allah." It also resembles hoda, which means "showing the right way." Reference is made here to a verse in the Holy Quran: "And ordain for us in this world that which is good, and in the Hereafter (that which is good), Lo! We have turned unto Thee. He said: I smite with My punishment whom I will, and My mercy embraceth all things..." ("Al-Aaraf" [The Heights], verse 156.) (2) A complicated matter will become clear. (3) Evidence will appear. Paradise Dream Explanation — o Being driven or introduced to Paradise: (1) Death is near. (2) The dreamer will become wise and repent from sins at the hands of the person seen taking him to Paradise if that person can be identified.
o Being told, "Enter Paradise," and refusing to obey: The dreamer is an apostate in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: "Lo! they who deny Our revelations and scorn them, for them the gates of Heaven will not be opened nor will they enter the Garden until the camel goeth through the needle's eye. Thus do We requite the guilty." ("Al-Araf [The Heights], verse 40.)

Dog Dream Explanation — o Killing a dog: Will triumph over enemy.
o Eating dog meat: Will triumph over enemy and take a bite at his money.
o Drinking dog milk: Fear.
o Using a dog as a pillow: The dog is a friend who will prove useful and whom the dreamer will be proud of.
o Being accompanied by a dog: Disappearance, in view of the story of Ahlel Kahf (The Companions of the Cave), in the Holy Quran. ("Al-Kahf" [The Cave], chapter 18.)
o Seeing the dog of Ahlel Kahf, whose name was believed to be Qitmir: Fear, prison, or evasion.

Fig Dream Explanation — Paradoxically, some interpreters hate dreams involving figs in view of other Quranic verses relating to the story of Adam and Eve wherein God says, "And We said: O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and eat ye freely [of the fruits] thereof where ye will; but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrongdoers" ("Al-Baqarah" [The Heifer], verse 35) and "And [unto man]: O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden and eat from whence ye will, but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrongdoers." ("Al-Aaraf' [The Heights], verse 19.) Green figs in winter symbolize rain, black figs cold.

o Dreaming of controlling the devils who come to you and follow you: The dreamer will become a great chief and crush and humiliate his enemies in view of the Quranic verse: "And of the evil ones [shayyatin, plural of shaytan] (subdued We unto him) some who dived (for pearls) for him and did other works... Wind Dream Explanation — If one sees the wind carrying him and transporting him from one place to another with no fear on his part, and if there are no clouds or darkness in the skies in the dream, it means that he may preside over people, should he qualify for that, or if he wished to do so, or it could represent his business success, or that he will liquidate his merchandise, should it be stagnant or unsalable. If the winds lift someone who is seized by fear or tyranny, and if the winds carry with them dark clouds, or a cloud of dust in the dream, and if the person is travelling when he sees the dream, it means that he will face great difficulties.
