Incident - The two pearls A woman came to Imam Ibn Sirin and said: "I saw two pearls in my lap in a dream. One was bigger than the other. Then my sister came and asked me to give her one of them, so I gave her the smaller pearl." Imam Ibn Sirin replied: 'You spoke the truth. You have learned two chapters from the Holy Qur'an. Pilgrimage • Performing tawaf (turning round the Kabah and praying): The dreamer will be entrusted with something honourable by some imams (Muslim spiritual leaders).
• Performing tawaf on a horseback: The dreamer will make love to a prohibited family relation.

Kiss • Kissing: (1) Wishes will be fulfilled and matters settled to the dreamer’s satisfaction. (2) Will triumph over enemies.
• Kissing God Almighty: Will kiss the Holy Book or God’s Name.
• Kissing God’s right hand: Will perform the pilgrimage in Mecca (Makkah) and kiss the Black Stone there.
• God kissing the dreamer: His deeds are blessed.
• Kissing a powerful or an authoritative person: Will replace that person.
• Kissing a judge, a king (ruler or boss), or an imam (spiritual leader): That judge, king, or imam will accept the dreamer’s arguments.
• Being kissed by a judge, a chief, or an imam: Will obtain some benefit or recommendation from the latter.
• A kiss from a lady: (1) People’s sympathy and enthusiasm. (2) Greetings from a loved one.

King If a king sees himself walking in a dream when a common subject comes near him and whispers something in his ear, the commoner here represents the angel of death Izrail, and it means that the king may die a sudden death. Eating from the hand of one's servant in a dream represents the growing of one's authority, increase of his business, knowledge, or wisdom. If a king sees himself preparing a banquet for guests in a dream, it means that his opponents will come to argue their case, though he will win over them. If he sees himself placing food on the table in a dream, it means that a messenger will come to see him concerning a dispute. If the food is sweet, then the problem will end nicely. If the food is greasy, then the problem will be a lasting one. Sour food then means steadfastness. Eating on the table of a just and a righteous king in a dream means blessings and honor. Incident - The Hidden Walnuts A woman said to Imam Ibn Sirin: "I saw my daughter in a dream after she had died. I asked her: 'Tell me what is the best of deeds?' She replied: 'The walnuts, the walnuts, you must take it out, and distribute it among the poor and the needy, Oh my mother.' " Imam Ibn Sirin replied: "If you have hidden a treasure in your house, then dig it out, and give poor people their share ." The woman said: 'You spoke the truth. Cooking Cooking on fire in a dream means attaining one's goal or achieving one's purpose. If one sees himself preparing food on fire, and if his food is well cooked in the dream, it means that he will attain success and become famous. Otherwise, if his food is not well cooked in the dream, it means that he will fail to attain his goal. Cooking in a dream also means provoking matters of interest. If the food is well cooked in the dream, then it means money and profits. Cooking raw meat in a dream and finding it hard to cook means getting involved in something that will not mature. Invitation Consequently, he will be blamed for interfering or entering such a venture. If one sees himself hosting a dinner at his house, and the guests have finished eating in the dream, it means that he will preside over them. Serving food to guests in a dream means the returning home of a dear person from a long journey. If one sees himself sitting at a table covered with all types of food and fruits in a dream, it means that he will be called upon to serve his Lord and to win paradise. Kabah To look at the holy Kabah in a dream means safety and protection against fear. If one is given a job in Mecca in a dream, it means that he may become an Imam. Stealing anything from the holy Kabah in a dream means committing a sin. Walking toward the holy Kabah, or seeking it in a dream means correcting one's religious standing. Seeing oneself in Mecca mixing with departed souls who are inquiring from him about the world in a dream means to die testifying to the Oneness of Allah Almighty and to the prophethood of His Messenger, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam. Seeing the Kabah inside one's own house in a dream means that one is still in power and living with grace. If the holy Kabah does not look right in one's eyes in the dream, then it means adversities. If one sees the holy Kabah as his own house in a dream, the holy Kabah then represents the Imam of all Muslims who is the representative and vice-regent of Allah's Messenger (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam), and it means that one truly follows the Imam. Ibrahim - Abraham • A father of many children seeing Ibrahim: One of his boys will divorce.
• Accompanying Ibrahim or walking beside him: (1) The dreamer will get into trouble with foes but emerge victorious and become a just ruler (authoritative man) or an imam (spiritual leader). (2) The dreamer will befriend some folk who will submit him to a hard test on their part.
• Being summoned by Ibrahim and responding promptly: Elevation in life.
• Being called by Ibrahim and failing to respond or the dreamer seeing Ibrahim talking to him with remonstrance's or looking sad: (1) Will fail to perform the pilgrimage to Mecca (Makkah) despite ability to do so. Prison If one who is experiencing difficulties in his life sees himself tied-up to a chair or to a wall in a dream, it means that his problems and fears will be dispelled. If one sees himself building a prison in a dream, it means that he will meet a righteous man, or an Imam who will guide him on the straight path. A prison in a dream also represents paralysis, arrogance, self-deception, or incarcerating troublesome people. If one sees a deceased person in jail in a dream, it means that he is in hell. Tablet In general, all boards in a dream represent admonition or prohibition of sin. Receiving a writing tablet from an Imam in a dream means an appointment to leadership, knowledge, understanding, or becoming an Imam, except if what is written on the blackboard in the dream implies admonition to do good, then the tablet means guidance and mercy. If the blackboard is made of iron in the dream, it means that one will beget a son who will become a great scholar and a strongman. A polished board in a dream means that one's son will become a man of courage who accomplishes what he intends, acquires what he wants, and who will rarely be defeated. Hunter In a dream, a hunter represents a philanderer, a womanizer who rounds women, or a pimp. If one sees himself befriending a hunter, or if he helps him, and if the hunter is pursuing what is lawful to kill for food, one's dream then connotes personal advantages. Banquet (Ceremonial dinner) Attending a banquet or giving a banquet in a dream means dispelling distress and overcoming adversities. A banquet in a dream also means celebrating a new appointment or receiving honorary guests. However, a banquet in a dream also denotes distress, sorrow or grief. Mecca (Holy Mecca; Imam) In a dream, the Holy Mecca represents the Imam of all the Muslims. Whatever happens to it in a dream will manifest in his life. The city of Mecca in a dream also could represent the spiritual and religious standing of the person seeing such a dream. If one sees himself living or owning a house in Mecca in a dream, it means honor and knowledge. If one sees himself living in Mecca in a dream, it also may mean that he will give his daughter in marriage to a noble person. Walking away from Mecca in a dream means separation from one's superior. Ali Ibn Abi Taleb He was the fourth caliph, from A.D. 656 to 661, when he was assassinated in Koufa, his capital. The essence of the Shiite movement in Islam is the contention that Ali, the son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad, should have been the first caliph to succeed Prophet Muhammad (p b u h). Most often, dreaming of Ali, peace be upon him, or similar Imams means that the hero of such a dream will die as a martyr.
• A king dreaming of Ali: Will conquer a country or overrun a bastion and be highly praised.
• Seeing Ali means the dreamer will: (1) Triumph over enemies. (2) Have good and noble children and grandchildren. (3) Subdue the aliens in his Muslim country who rebel against the system, especially the Jews (according to the ancient interpreters). (4) Become a successor and a trustee. Appetite (Sated; Saturation; To eat one's fill) In a dream, to eat one's fill means fidgety or restlessness. If one sees himself satiated with food and could not eat any more in a dream, it means changing of his condition, losing rank, losing business, or his death. This interpretation is applicable unless one finds in his dream extra space to fill with food, then the dream means that his lot in this world will equal the size of that remaining space. Coarse (Clothing; Food; Words) If a rich person sees himself either wearing coarse clothing, eating coarse food or speaking harsh words in a dream, it means that he will experience severe changes in his life and that will perhaps affect much of his savings. Should one feel more comfortable about such changes in the dream, or if he prefers them over his usual comforts, it becomes a sign of his humility, contentment, gratitude and the correctness of his way of thinking. Should he feel uncomfortable about such changes in the dream, it means that he will become subject to Allah's wrath.
