Necromancy • A man dreaming of someone dreaming of him that he is having sex with his mother, sister, brother, or similar prohibited relations, seen as dead in the dream: He is not sustaining them as he should, but will change his attitude and be fair to them. It could also mean trouble or worries or, on the contrary, benefit to both parties. If they are alive, it means the reverse and that he does not have much affection for them. In case, according to his dream, the act took place during the Muslims sacred months, he would go to Mecca (Makkah) for the pilgrimage.

• Using a stick or a perch to jump: That stick or perch symbolizes an extremely powerful person or a strong asset on whom the dreamer could rely in whatever he aims for.

Fear The person or object causing fear in the dream represents harm and aversion. To feel scared in a dream means happiness in wakefulness. Fear in a dream also could mean evil, corruption or suffering from the consequences of wrongdoing one has committed. Slaughterhouse If one sees hogs or pigs being slaughtered therein, his dream means that he will witness the end of innovators, the contemptible, the evil ones, and the abominable people. Meanwhile, if people are afraid of someone, the dream then signals the end of such a person. A slaughterhouse in a dream also represents a dungeon, a torture room, or a primitive prison. Swim • Swimming in a valley till reaching the desired spot: Will serve and obey a tyrant and God will protect the dreamer.
• Swimming well in the high seas or in the deep: Will embark on an ambitious mission and rise.
• Being afraid while swimming: Will be jailed or get ill inasmuch as the dreamer covered a long distance. If he thinks (in the same dream) that he has escaped danger, he will die in such an ordeal. Courage means that he will really be safe.
• Swimming on the back: Will cease to indulge in sins and repent.

Elephant A man told Ibn Siren he dreamed that he was riding an elephant, to which the great seer replied, “The elephant is not an animal that Muslims usually ride. I’m afraid you are no longer a Muslim.” The elephant is also seen as something great and famous but useless, because people can neither eat its meat nor milk it. More, the elephant is said to be the animal of the Prince of the Inferno. Especially for women and for pious people, those who seek the Hereafter, the sight of an elephant never augurs well. It is not the same for worldly individuals.
• Eating elephant meat or taking any of its limbs, skin, or bones: Money from the ruler.

Lion • Riding on a lion’s back: Will ride on a high tide, either by travelling by sea in the inappropriate season when the sea is in fury or by succeeding or outsmarting the ruler. The dreamer might also be facing a situation wherein he stands helpless, hence the wishful dream.
• Riding on a subdued or perfectly obedient lion: Will have the upper hand in a feud with a tyrant.
• Riding on a lion but being afraid of it: Harm will befall the dreamer, or he will face some hard test.
• Fighting a lion: Will fight an enemy, a ruler, the authority, or whatever the lion stands for.
• Killing a lion: The end of all sorrows.
