Divorce In general, divorce means poverty, losses, or the end of a partnership. It could also mean parting from a once friendly, “royal” relation, as women are thought to be whimsical like kings. But certain dream interpreters believe that divorce means that the person will become self-sufficient. They refer to a verse of the Holy Quran in the sense that if husband and wife split, God would render each of them self-sufficient by His bounty. For Muslims, there are three types or three degrees of divorce because a man can divorce, up to three times only, each of his wives; following that, the wife needs to have an interim husband before he can marry her again for the last time. In certain cases, the husband may utter the words, “I divorce you three times.” Therefore, the possible reversal of the meaning of the dream or the hope it could raise or dissipate depends on the severity of the case in the dream. Pants (Panties; Trousers; Underpants) In a dream, they represent a firm person who manages his affairs carefully. Wearing a new pair of pants in a dream also means that one will find a new job. (Also see Panties) Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
The Earth Its interpretation is very diverse: for example, if its boundary is visible in the dream it symbolizes a woman; if not it symbolizes worldly affairs; if it abounds in some unknown vegetation, it symbolizes the Deen of Islam. Bigamy • For a man, it means power, in the event the bride has been seen or named or is known to the dreamer, and such power would be commensurate with her beauty; otherwise it means his death or he will commit a killing.
• A woman dreaming that she has married an additional husband: Benefits and good deeds, in case that husband was seen or named or was known to her. Otherwise it means her doom. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Spinning (Yarn) If a woman sees herself working on a spinning wheel and quickly trying to finish her work in a dream, it means that a traveller will soon come home, or that an expected visitor will arrive. If she sees herself taking her time in spinning her wool in a dream, it means that either she or her husband will undertake a journey. If the thread breaks inside the bobbin in her dream, it means cancellation of her plans to travel. If she sees herself in a dream spinning cotton threads, it means separation from her husband. During such a separation, she will cease asking her husband for her bridal dower, and later on she will return to him. Khimar If the Khimar is made of black torn fabric in the dream, it means poverty of one's husband, or his being natural, or unsophisticated. Damage to one's veil in a dream means difficulties affecting one's marriage, loss of business or a calamity caused by a guardian, a father or a brother. If a man sees himself wearing a mask in a dream, it means that he will commit adultery with his servant. If a woman sees herself removing her veil in public in a dream, it means that she will be tried with a calamity that will take away her sense of shame. If she loses her Khimar in the dream, it means that she may lose her husband. If she finds it again in the dream, it means that her husband will return to her. Plasterer A plasterer in a dream represents a hypocrite and a trouble maker or an agitator. His presence in a dream also could mean the smoothing of one's affairs, or dispelling of one's trouble and quelling the fire of his surrounding evil. Bench (Outdoor bench) If one sees a cement bench in front of his door in a dream, it means that one's wife is having a secret affair. If one sees himself sitting on a bench in a dream, it means that he will gain status, honor, rank, money or should he qualify for it, he could sit on the judges bench. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Eve • A woman seeing Eve in her dream: (1) Will make her husband unhappy and give him worries for befriending unworthy persons. (2) Will face a terrible ordeal, because Eve was the first woman ever to have menses. (3) Will become a midwife. (4) Will give birth to virtuous children. (5) One of her children will become a killer. (6) One of her children will become a martyr. (7) If separated or away from her husband, will go back to him. Black hair If a woman sees herself having a thick black hair in a dream, it means that she will marry a respected and a handsome looking husband. Crupper (A leather loop passing under a horse's tail and is buckled to the saddle.) In a dream, a crupper represents a contemptuous and a lowly guardian who profiteers and takes advantage of his position. A crupper in a dream also represents a servant who has a secret affair with his mistress. A crupper in a dream also means money or a money belt. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Neckband (Collar; Necklace) In a dream, a neckband represents stinginess. A neckband in a dream also could represent woman's kindness, gentleness, softness, protection and respect for her husband. Thus, for a woman, a neckband in her dream represents her husband. If her neckband is made of silver, and if it is wide, comfortable and well strapped to her neck in a dream, it denotes her husband's generosity, richness and forbearance. If the neckband is thin, then it implies difficulties. If it is made of iron in the dream, it represents a strong person. If it is made from wood in the dream, it represents a hypocrite. If a man wears a neckband over a white or a green collar in a dream, it represents victory in his life and comfort he will receive from an unexpected source. State of Impurity If he sees himself in the state of impurity (needing ghusl) his affairs will be jumbled. Any dream that causes seminal emission whereby ghusl be comes necessary, such a dream has no interpretation. For, nocturnal emission is a result of the one's evil thoughts and the prompting of the cursed Shaytaan. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Quran Reciting the Quran by heart and without reading the pages of the holy Book in a dream means proving to be true, or having a true claim, being pious, commanding what is good and forbidding what is evil. If one is told averse from the holy Quran in a dream, he should understand it, memorize it and comply with the same. If the verse reads about mercy or glad tidings or other admonitions in the dream, the interpretation of one's dream should be the same. If the Quranic verses recited in the dream connote an advice, one should act upon it in order for him to reap its benefits. If one hears a Quranic verse containing a warning, promising punishment for the disbelievers, or announcing a swift retribution for their sins, then one should immediately repent for his sins, even if the verses relate to previous nations or times. Mountain A mountain in a dream represents a great and a noble man who possesses a strong and a commanding voice, who commands good administration of his affairs and an excellent leadership. It also can be interpreted as a son, a difficult and austere woman, or a businessman. If the mountain is rounded or flat in the dream, it means difficulties or distress. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Incident - a king trying to Annihilate the Muslims He had no choice but to accede. He deployed a huge army under the command of his son. The two sides met in the middle of the sea. For three days a fierce battle ensued between the Muslims and non-Muslims. One the third day the Christians army was defeated. Not a single person was spared. When the king came to learn about this, he called for the sheikh and admitted his folly before him. He then secretly accepted Islam at his hands and bestowed many of his favours on him. Manger (Feeding trough) Seeing a manger or a feeding trough in a dream means having power, receiving a gift, or it could represent one's intelligence, diversification and qualifications. A manger in a dream also represents a woman. Seeing two animals feeding from a trough in a dream means that one's wife is hiding a secret affair. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Arrow The arrow symbolizes a messenger; correspondence; an indication; and strength and triumph over enemies. For a woman, it refers to her husband. The weaving arrow represents an emissary, a circumcised boy, long life, or clothes.
• A woman seeing a reversed arrow in a quiver: A change of heart against her on the part of her husband.
• Holding an arrow: Prestige, dignity, influence, and prosperity.
• An arrow breaking after being launched from the bow: The dreamer will not be able to deliver a message.

Beard • The beard having been cut off: Money and prestige will diminish inasmuch as hair was cut.
• Cutting a handful of hair from one’s beard: The dreamer is paying his religious dues.
• A rich man depilating his beard: He is overspending.
• A poor man depilating his beard: (1) Double worry. (2) The dreamer will borrow something from someone to lend it to somebody else.
• A woman having a beard: (1) She will never conceive. (2) If already pregnant, she will give birth to a boy. (3) She is or will be ill. (4) Her husband’s or son’s wealth will increase. Spool In a dream, a spool means keeping one's secrets, or it could represent a gracious man, or a trustworthy person who lends his help to others and benefits them in their worldly affairs. If one sees himself carrying a spool while taking his ritual ablution in a dream, it means that he will seek the help of a righteous believer who holds fast to the rope of Allah Almighty.
