Fly • A traveller dreaming that flies have landed on his head: Should fear highwaymen who could intercept and rob him, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran that reads as follows: “… And if the fly took something from them, they could not rescue it from it. Sai If the one who is walking between the two hills in the dream is a judge, it means that he will be just and equitable. Bigamy • For a man, it means power, in the event the bride has been seen or named or is known to the dreamer, and such power would be commensurate with her beauty; otherwise it means his death or he will commit a killing. • A woman dreaming that she has married an additional husband: Benefits and good deeds, in case that husband was seen or named or was known to her. Recalcitrant child (Accursed; Disobedient; Disrespectful; Rebellious; Undutiful) To see a recalcitrant child who stubbornly refuses to obey his parents in a dream means committing a major sin, such as associating partners to Allah Almighty, or committing a violent crime or a murder, etcetera. Bull • Buying an ox: Will conceal the defaults of kind people and brothers by speaking in their favour. • Talking to a bull or being addressed by an ox: Hostility to a man. • A bull falling on an individual or killing him: The death of that person. • Being bitten by a bull: Some ailment will come. • An ox mooing at the dreamer: Will embark on a long journey. • A bull coming out of a small hole and trying to return to it unsuccessfully: A major statement made by a man who tries to withdraw it but is unable to. • Bull skin: Blessings for the owner of the bull. Colitis Dreaming of contracting colitis (infection of the colon’s mucous membrane) if the dreamer is a man means he is niggardly with his parents and children in providing for their livelihood and will be punished for that. Nose (Also see Snot and Suck.) The nose symbolizes a man’s beauty, relatives, a male child, the parents, and the person’s prestige. Anything good entering it is medicine; anything bad is wrath and anger. • One’s nose looking like a hose: The dreamer belongs to a powerful family and has plenty of supporters. • Seeing oneself without a nose: The dreamer has no blood relations. Flee In general, fleeing means security, because of a verse in the Holy Quran: “Therefore flee unto Allah; lo! Scorpion • Killing a scorpion: Money will go, then come back. • A scorpion burning to death: An enemy will perish. • Throwing a scorpion on one’s wife: Will sodomize her or commit some abomination with her. • Finding a scorpion in one’s underwear or bedding: The dreamer’s wife is corrupt. • Swallowing a scorpion: Will divulge one’s secret to the enemy. • Scorpions in one’s stomach: Enemies from among relatives. • Eating raw scorpion meat: Will acquire dirty money from an enemy who talks much about people—money enamating from an inheritance or some other source. Dog • Killing a dog: Will triumph over enemy. • Eating dog meat: Will triumph over enemy and take a bite at his money. • Drinking dog milk: Fear. • Using a dog as a pillow: The dog is a friend who will prove useful and whom the dreamer will be proud of. • Being accompanied by a dog: Disappearance, in view of the story of Ahlel Kahf (The Companions of the Cave), in the Holy Quran. Mosque The mosque symbolizes the scholar, the master around whom disciples gather to attain perfection, do good to others, and recall and mention God. • A mosque having been demolished: A religious person will die in that area. • Building a mosque: (1) The dreamer is good to his parents, other family members, and relatives and invites people to come together to do good things. Dog Seeing a greyhound in a dream means gaining authority, control and wealth. A greyhound in a dream also represents the backbone of an army general or his best helper or it could represent a good strategist, though he lacks principals and moral integrity. A Japanese spaniel or a Pekingese in a dream signifies mixing with, or doing business with a foreign counterpart. Bringing-up a dog for companionship in a dream means befriending a servant for whom one has great love and affection. Hunting with a dog in a dream means satisfying one's lust or desire. Fox A fox in a dream represents a lethal enemy, a perfidious person, a liar, a poet, someone who defraud people, a schemer and a trickster. Somehow, a fox in a dream is also interpreted generally as a Fortuneteller, a dangerous state inspector, a physician or a good business manager. Killing a fox in a dream means taking advantage of a noble woman. A fox in a dream also means ingratiating oneself before a noble man or a noble woman. Ishaq If one sees him in his best form and radiant beauty, it becomes a sign of glad tidings, whereby one's progeny will engender leaders, governors and righteous people. Ishaq • Seeing Is haq (Isaac) in his best shape: (1) Hardships on the part of highly authoritative people and relatives, followed by relief, dignity, and good tidings.
