Jihad (Inner and outer struggle) Joining the warriors in the battlefield in a dream means that one is a true worshiper who attends to his regular prayers and pays his charities and due alms. If one sees the people charging toward the battlefield, it means that they will receive an endowment of divine forgiveness, victory, might and unity between the believers. To die as a martyr on Allah's path in a dream means joy, happiness and prosperity. Joining a jihad battle in the sea in a dream means poverty, failure and walking toward destruction. Fasting Fasting a votive fast or a vowed fast for the purpose of an attainment in a dream means attaining one's goal, joy and happiness. Observing a votive perpetual or an ongoing fast in a dream means undertaking a heavy responsibility or following innovation, or it could mean becoming a loner or abstaining from talking to others, or that one would only talk if the subject is beneficial to others, for fasting in a dream also means silence. Crow The crow symbolizes a haughty man who walks arrogantly, a miser, a corrupt person, and a liar. According to religious belief, it once was a human being but was metamorphosed as a result of a curse. In general, sight of one does not augur well. Paradoxically, it sometimes alludes to long life.
• Catching a crow: Will make illicit gains through corruption and arrogance.
• Seizing or winning a crow: Vanity and wrongdoing.
• Owning a crow: Will loot somebody or something.
• Talking to a crow: Will drown in worries, but relief will follow.

Pearl If one sees himself bartering a pearl or a gem for fake jewelry, or for chips of glass in a dream, it means that he has sold the reward of the hereafter for the temporary pleasures of this world, or that he has exchanged something precious for something worthless, or it could mean that he may commit a sin, or become an apostate. Pearls in a dream also represent the Quran, manner of proper talking, bezels of wisdom, children, servants, integrity, beauty, or money. Beard • The beard reaching the ground: The dreamer will die.
• A boy below the age of puberty having a beard: Bad dream. He might die before reaching that age, in view of the element of prematurity, which is always a bad omen.
• Taking somebody else’s beard in one’s hand and pulling it: Will inherit the fortune of that man and eat it up.
• A slight decrease in the beard: Ease, the settlement of debts and relief.
• A considerable decrease in the beard heralds an ordeal and the withering away of money and prestige.

Angels Flying with angels or visiting the heavens in their company in a dream may mean that one will die in the station of a martyr and receive Allah's utmost blessings. If one feels scared of the angels in his dream, it means that a fight, an argument or awesome trials will befall that locality. In general, to see the angels descending from the heavens to the earth in a dream means enfeeblement of those who have doubt, and strength for those who have faith and certitude. If one sees the angels prostrating to him in a dream, it means that all his needs will be satisfied and he will be endowed with good conduct, good behavior and a blessed fame. Ant • Seeing ants carrying food and entering the dreamer’s house: Welfare will increase. The reverse is also true.
• Ants coming out of the dreamer’s nose, ear, or other holes: (1) If the dreamer is happy to see them getting out, he will die as a martyr. (2) If he resents the feat, dangers are lying ahead.
• Ants entering a country or a village: Soldiers will intrude. The reverse is also true.
• Ants escaping from a town or a house: Thieves will make it with their booty.

Ship If the ship turns into iron in the dream, it means longevity. Eating the wood of a ship in a dream means receiving a sizeable inheritance, or it could mean eating forbidden meat. If one sees a ship talking to him and soothing his understanding in a dream, it means that he will listen to the admonition of a wise man. Seeing Noah's arc in a dream means happiness, joy, festivities, salvation, relief from stress and worries, protection from drowning, marriage and a presiding position, or victory over one's enemy. Ali (Ali bin Abi Talib, Allah bless his countenance, cousin and son in-law of Allah's Messenger, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam.) Seeing him in a dream means victory over one's enemy. Seeing him in a place or a mosque where people are mourning him or performing the funeral prayer on him or carrying his coffin or prostrating to him in a dream means becoming a Shia or gathering one's strength for a rebellion or to create divisiveness, or it could mean hypocrisy. If a scholar sees him in a dream, it means that he will earn increased knowledge, asceticism, reverence and strength. Masjid Building a Masjid in a dream also could mean becoming a real estate agent, or repenting from one's sins, or receiving guidance on Allah's path, or to die as a martyr, hence, what one builds for Allah Almighty in a dream, represents his house in paradise. Such interpretation applies if one builds a Masjid following the proper procedures and with lawfully earned money, and using proper materials. Otherwise, building it with what is unlawful of money or materials in the dream, or changing the direction of the prayer niche, etcetera, then one's dream will carry the opposite meaning. Prophet Consequently, one will become renowned, revered and his opinions will be respected by most people. If one becomes a prophet in a dream, it means that he will die as a martyr, or become poor and be gifted with patience and endurance. He will then be granted victory, and Allah willing, all his needs will be satisfied. Emulating the devotion of a prophet in a dream means trueness in one's faith, compliance with Allah's religion, certitude and determination. Becoming one of Allah's prophets, upon all of them be peace and blessings, in a dream means commanding good and forbidding evil, suffering from adversities and distress equal to those endured by such a prophet, then one will escape from destruction or humiliation by Allah's leave and through His subtle kindness. Ibrahim - Abraham • A father of many children seeing Ibrahim: One of his boys will divorce.
• Accompanying Ibrahim or walking beside him: (1) The dreamer will get into trouble with foes but emerge victorious and become a just ruler (authoritative man) or an imam (spiritual leader). (2) The dreamer will befriend some folk who will submit him to a hard test on their part.
• Being summoned by Ibrahim and responding promptly: Elevation in life.
• Being called by Ibrahim and failing to respond or the dreamer seeing Ibrahim talking to him with remonstrance's or looking sad: (1) Will fail to perform the pilgrimage to Mecca (Makkah) despite ability to do so. Eagle • Catching and taming an eagle: The dreamer will befriend a king.
• An eagle scratching the dreamer with its claws: The dreamer will face physical and financial hardships.
• An eagle being friendly, giving something to the dreamer, or talking to him in a comprehensible manner: Benefits and welfare.
• A woman giving birth to an eagle: The dreamer will have an illustrious son, if the lady lives in the propitious milieu. If she is poor, she will give birth to a soldier.

Astrologer • Seeing an astrologer: (1) Will meet a liar who does not thank God for His gifts. (2) Will socialize with prominent personalities and know a great deal about them. (3) Will have access to and uncover secrets. (4) Will be curious when holding a conversation and consider true and dubious statements. (5) Sorrow and worries or exactly the reverse. (6) Marriage of a bachelor. (7) Separation between husband and wife. (8) The end of a pregnancy. (9) Death of a patient. (10) Good tidings or warning against bad habits. (11) Travel for someone who usually doesn’t. (12) Learning, action, and abiding by the Holy Prophet’s Tradition.

Hair The hair symbolizes money, long life, prestige, and religion. But the dream has different interpretations depending on who has made it. Shaving one’s head is a good dream for someone who usually does it. The reverse is also true. For a warrior it means that he will fall in action and become a war martyr.
• A fighter seeing his own hair: Prosperity, protection, and awe.
• A rich person seeing his hair: His own wealth.
• A poor person seeing his hair: His sins. The better and the more beautiful the hair, the more dignity and pride are enhanced.
• Dreaming that one’s hair has become curly: Will rise in life and become prosperous.

Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq He was the father-in-law of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. He became the first caliph and died in Madina in A.D. 634.
• Dreaming of Abu Bakr: (1) Will take over power or become a spiritual leader. (2) Will overcome rivals and be lucky with powerful and influential people. (3) Will spend and sacrifice money and children in the way of Allah. (4) Will be lucky with and preserve friends and servants. (5) Will free bondmen and slaves. (6) Will always be truthful. (7) Will reach old age. (8) Will have pertinent views and be sharp in interpreting dreams. (9) Will have troubles and experience fear and sorrow due to some sons or daughters and be compelled to hide. (10) Will escape danger and hardships. Satan If one sees himself inwardly talking with Satan in a dream, it means that he will join hands with his own enemy, and his strike will be against the righteous people, though he will ultimately fail. If one sees Satan teaching him something in a dream, it means that he will fabricate a story, speak falsehood, or recite poems filled with lies. If one sees that Satan has descended upon him in a dream, it means that he engages in falsehood and sin. If one sees himself presiding over a band of satans, controlling them, commanding them, and if they obey him in the dream, it means that he will receive a seat of honor and he will be feared by his friend and foes. Greetings If one commences talking to someone before greeting him in a dream, it means innovation, and the same interpretation is given if he does not reply to a greeting, or if he replies with a gesture. Paying the regards of peace at the end of one's prayers in a dream means pursuing one's path, following the proper traditions, completing one's job, resignation from one's job, appointment, dismissal, travels and profits. If one ends his prayers beginning his greetings from the left, then proceeding to the right in a dream, it means that he pursues the road of evildoing and innovation. If one ends his prayers without the traditional greetings in a dream, it means that he is more interested in collecting his profit, than in protecting his capital investment. Allah If one sees a picture of Allah in his dream, it means that he is a liar who ascribes images to Allah Almighty that do not befit His Majesty and Glory. If one hears Allah Almighty talking to him directly and if he can focus at Him in the dream, it means that he will be encompassed with Allah's mercy and blessings. If one sees Allah Almighty in a dream, it means that he will look at His Divine countenance in the hereafter. Omar If one sees him frowning in a dream, it means that Omar is calling for justice, commanding what is good and forbidding what is evil. If there is a drought in a town and one sees Omar in a dream, it means that rain will fall and be a blessing for that land. If there is tyranny in that land and one sees Omar in his dream, it means that justice will prevail. If Omar hits someone with a stick, or warns him, or threatens him in a dream, it means that one must renounce the course of his current actions or deviation from Allah's path, or perhaps that someone in authority or a scholar will persecute him.
