Incident - breaking an Egg, and it Eating only the White A person asked Ibn Sirin (RA): “What is your opinion regarding a person who had dreamed that he borke an egg and ate its white only and not its yolk?” The Imaam said: “Bring me the man who had seen the dream so that he personally relates to me his dream. I will answer him.” The man said. “No, do answer me: I will convey your interpretation to him”. The Imaam refused. Meat Eating the flesh of a human being in a dream means backbiting him. Eating one's own flesh in a dream means earning money from one's own sweat. If a woman eats the flesh of another woman in a dream, it means that they are lesbians. If a woman eats her own flesh in a dream, it means that she will commit adultery. The meat of a yellow cow in a dream means illness. The cooked meat of a snake in a dream means receiving money from one's enemy. The uncooked flesh of a snake in a dream means slandering one's enemy. Cooking Indian stew which is a meal consisting of corn and other vegetables in a dream means poverty, worship, or devotion. Cooking unripened vegetables in a dream means an illness. If one cooks a nice meal for himself in a dream, it means that he will be honored, or it could mean a political appointment, or money. If someone else cooks one's meal in a dream, it may denote double-crossing, deception, or perhaps it may mean receiving help from someone according to one's own intention or state. Pot (Cooking pot; Vessel) In a dream, a cooking pot represents one's wife, his livelihood and home, while the lid represents the husband. If the pot looks in a good condition and of value in one's dream, then it represents his nobility and honor. A pottery cookware salesman in a dream represents comfort and one does not need to travel to earn his livelihood, while a copper cookware or other types of cookware salesman in a dream represent a livelihood based on travelling from door to door. A cooking pot in a dream also represents a scholar or a man of knowledge who is sitting in the teacher's chair, while the meat, vegetables and spices inside the pot represent his knowledge, wisdom and their benefits for the seeker. Fish If the sea opens and unveils its treasures, and if one catches a goldfish from its belly in the dream, it means that Allah Almighty will reveal new spiritual knowledge to him in order to help him understand his religion and to receive guidance. If the goldfish leaves his hand and returns to the sea in the dream, it means that he will join the company of righteous people and saints from whom he will learn about the inner spiritual knowledge, or that he will find a good companion for a journey he intends. If one eats a fish without cleaning or cooking it in a dream, it means that he will speak ill of his own friends, slander his associates, commit adultery, acquire money from trickery and falsehood, or become inflicted with a dangerous disease or suffer from a stroke. If one sees fish on the shore rather than in the water in a dream, it means that he may change his profession. The different types of fish in a dream represent human beings and their professions. A fish in a dream also could mean that death will take place where it is found, because of the departure of its soul, its stench, weight and one's responsibility to bury the deceased. Trotter (Tripes) In a dream, trotters represent an orphan's property or money. Eating trotters or licking up their marrow in a dream signifies swindling the trusted inheritance of an orphan by his guardian. Eating tripes in a dream means defrauding rich and honorable people from their monies, for a sheep is the most noble animal, comparatively speaking, after the human being. Meat The meat of a lion in a dream means receiving money from a ruler and the same goes for the flesh of all predatory animals or birds. Hog or swine's meat in a dream means unlawful money. Eating sausages or dried meat in a dream means speaking ill of deceased people. Camel's meat in a dream means earning money from a rich and a powerful enemy unless if the one seeing it does not touch it in his dream. However, touching camel's meat in a dream means suffering from such a strong person. Eating it cooked in a dream means defrauding someone, then falling sick and recovering from one's illness. Foot If one sees himself eating the foot of another human being in a dream, it means that he will become a close friend with him, acquire his intercession, reap success from his connection, fulfill his needs, receive benefits in his travels, or if he qualifies, he may preside over a group of poor people or guide seamen to their catch. If he is a poor person, it means that his benefits to others are greater than if he were a rich person. If a rich man sees himself eating the foot of another person in a dream, it means illness, weakness or blindness. Stool Also see Toilet. In general, anything that comes out of the stomach of humans or animals symbolizes money. Whether it is good or bad depends on its smell, its dirt, and its harm to people. If it is a non-personal dirt, like mud, it means public fear from the ruler. Stool, or shit in vulgar terms, represents benefit from injustice or relief.
• Easing out: (1) No more worries. (2) Will give alms.
• A person about to travel dreaming of having passed too much stool: (1) Will not travel. (2) Will fall into the hands of highwaymen.
• Finding, winning, or eating filth: (1) Dirty money with repentance. (2) A statement made out of greed, which the dreamer will regret.

Salt Salt has controversial interpretations. Ibn Siren did not like dreams involving salt. Some say white salt represents asceticism coupled with welfare and blessings. Cooking salt means worries, trouble, and disease or money earned the hard way and bringing about many problems.
• Finding salt: Hardships and a severe ailment.
• Eating bread and salt: Contentment.

Fireplace A fireplace in a dream also represents a state, a government, joblessness or fleeing from one's enemy. If the fireplace or the stove is lit with no food to cook or water to boil over it in the dream, it means that the head of the household, the butler or the house keeper will become angry and infuriated by someone's slander or backbiting. If the cooking pot in the dream is interpreted to represent the wife, then the fireplace would represent her husband who faces the adversities and hardships of life.
