Vinegar (Servant) In a dream, vinegar means money that is earned and spent in piety with blessings contained therein, or it could mean longevity, or wasting the least time possible in doing one's work. Cemetery • Seeing a cemetery: (1) Fear for a person who feels safe and vice versa. (2) Prayers and aspirations. (3) Repentance. (4) A reference to the Hereafter, as a cemetery is the gateway to it; to the asylum; to asceticism; to weeping; to preaching; to death, since a cemetery is the house of death; and to atheist and heretic places or the dwelling of aliens in a Muslim country, since a cemetery houses the dead and death, according to the rules of interpretation, means religious corruption. Likewise, a cemetery could refer to those who indulge in luxury; brothels; bars where drunkards lie like the dead; the homes of those who fail to pray and remember God or do any good; and prison, for the dead is locked in his grave like the prisoner in his cell. Hole (Deception; Plot; Profits; Fall) Digging a hole, a water well, or an irrigation and planning to water the plants with them in a dream means attending one's needs and serving the interests of his family. Eating from the dirt one piles from digging in his dream represents a swagger, or someone who acquires money through deception. Seeing oneself inside a hole in a dream also means divorce. To see oneself outside of such a hole looking at it in a dream means having an argument with one's spouse that will end in reconciliation. If a prisoner sees the gates of his jail open, or if there is a hole in the wall, or a ray of light, or if the ceiling of one's prison disappears and he can see the skies and stars above him, or if he can see them through the walls of his cell in a dream, it means that he will escape from jail. Flying • A prisoner dreaming of flying: Will be freed soon. • A stranger or an expatriate dreaming of flying: Will return to his country. • Flying in the sky, then returning to earth: Will fall ill and be near death, but recover. • Flying and disappearing in the sky with no return in sight: Death. • A bondsman (or servant) dreaming of flying toward the sky: Will serve in the house of prominent personalities. • A bondsman (or servant) dreaming of flying inside his master’s house: Will become the number-one servant. If he falls, it means that he will be ousted after receiving all that welfare. If he flies out of the door, he will be sold. Dough (Money) In a dream, dough means debts, money or earnings. Dough in a dream also signifies ease, comfort or awaiting the release of a prisoner, or it could mean awaiting the birth of a new child. Seeing dough in one's house in a dream also means money and business. If the dough becomes sour in the dream, it means business losses. If one sees himself kneading a piece of dough in a dream, it means that he could expect a visitor to arrive suddenly, or it could mean the arrival of an awaited traveller. Sale If one sees himself as a prisoner being sold in a slave market in a dream, it means honor if the buyer is a woman, and difficulties if the buyer is a man. The higher the price he is auctioned for, the better or worse is his luck. In a dream, the more loss the buyer incurs, the better it is for the traded subject and vice versa. There is also a difference between seeing oneself being auctioned and being sold. Being auctioned in a dream means evil. To sell means to part with. In a dream, the buyer is the seller and the seller is a buyer. Selling means giving preference and value to the merchandise. Incident - The moon entering the planet Taurus It is reported that once, while Ibn Sirin (RA) was having his lunch,a lady came to him and informed him that she had seen a dream. When he asked her to relate it she said: “Not until you have finished your meal”. After having had his meal, she said; “I saw the moon entering the planet Taurus and a voice from behind me said to me: Go to Ibn Sirin and relate to him your dream!. Mirror Consequently, one will suffer from financial losses or feel down. If a sick person looks into a mirror in his dream, it means his death. A mirror in a dream also means travels or a pregnancy. If a woman looks into a mirror in a dream, it means that she will beget a girl, and if a man looks into a mirror in a dream, it means that he will beget a boy. Looking into a mirror and seeing the reflection of someone else in a dream means hallucination, craziness, or loss of money. If a man looks into a mirror and sees the reflection of a woman in a dream, it means either begetting a daughter, or getting married.
