Jinn - Or Djinn • A person dreaming that a jinn is standing behind him: His enemies will have the upper hand.
• Dreaming that you are controlling a jinn, who obeys you: Dignity and the highest post.
• Tying up a jinn: Will triumph over the enemy.
• Falling captive in the hands of the jinn: Scandals.

Adjuring (To command solemnly; to swear by Allah; or to take an oath.) If one sees himself swearing in Allah's Name before someone in a dream, it means that the other person will deceive him. To swear solemnly by the stars, the celestial signs or by any physical sign in a dream means arrogance, deception, humiliation, hypocrisy or heedlessness. If one is truthful in his oath in a dream it means that he will win his argument, speak the truth or perform an act that pleases Allah Almighty. To swear by Allah in a dream when failure to perform requires atonement means following the truth and emulating the leading example of Allah's Prophet, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam. Seeing A Good Dream And A Bad Dream And Telling It Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: I heard Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) saying, "If anyone of you saw a dream which he liked, then that was from Allah, and he should thank Allah for it and tell it to others; but if he saw something else, i.e, a dream which he did not like, then that is from Satan and he should seek refuge with Allah from it and should not tell it to anybody for it will not harm him." Mortuary Wash-House The mortuary wash-house is a merchant and a philanthropist who saves scores of people from worries. It could also refer to an honest man who brings back to the right path many people who had gone astray or were misleading others.
• Washing a dead person: Will help an irreligious person repent.
• A dead person washing himself: Those he left behind will have no more worries and see their money increase.
• Seeing people requesting the washing of a corpse but failing to find it: The one seen dead has committed plenty of sins; people are trying to bring him back to his senses, but he pays no heed.
• One or more dead persons requesting the dreamer to wash their clothes: The dreamer is requested to recall God, pray for someone, give sadaqa, or alms, settle a debt, satisfy an opponent, or carry out a will. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Gratitude To be grateful to Allah Almighty in a dream means dispelling stress, gaining strength, wealth, blessings, prosperity or a good harvest. If someone in authority sees himself thanking Allah Almighty for His blessings in a dream, it means expansion of his authority. Gratitude to Allah Almighty for His blessings in a dream represents a monotheist, or one who submits to Allah's Will. If he is a hypocrite, it means that he will turn sincere, and if he is a true being to his Lord, it means that he will join the company of a noble, powerful, wise and a renowned person. Child birth • A man dreaming of being pregnant: Will be immersed in deep trouble, but will be safe if he delivered in the dream.
• A man dreaming that he has delivered a child: (1) If poor, will get rich. (2) If rich, will have troubles and worries. (3) If a bachelor, will quickly get married, as normally, it is the wife who should deliver. (4) A relative will die.
• A sick person giving birth to a child: Will die.

Wudhu and Ghusl Performing wudhu or ghusl with water from a stream or small river suggest one of the following : if the observer of the dream is grief-stricken, Allah will grant him happiness; if he is living in fear, Allah will grant him safety and security; if he is in debts Allah will provide him with the means to fulfil his debt; if he is sinful, Allah will conceal his sins, grant him pardon and atonement; if he is ill, Allah will grant him complete cure. Satan If Satan frightens him in a dream, it means that the latter is a sincere deputy and a protege of Allah Almighty, and that Allah will safeguard him from any fear of the accursed Satan or his army. If one sees a meteor or a flame shooting at Satan in the skies in a dream, it means that there is an enemy of Allah Almighty in that locality. If that person is a ruler, then his secrets will be exposed, and if he is a judge, it means that a just punishment will befall him for his injustice. If one sees Satan happy in a dream, it means that he engages in sensuality, passion and loathsome actions. Zikr If one sees himself repeatedly calling Allah's name in a dream, it means that he will win victory over his enemy. Calling people to Allah and reminding them of His attributes in a dream represents the work of a preacher who admonishes people, helps them to the shore of safety, and distances them from their sins and their consequences. If a merchant sees himself calling upon Allah's beautiful names in a dream, it means that his business will be saved from bankruptcy. If a disbeliever, a profane or a secular person sees himself in a state of remembering Allah Almighty and calling upon His most holy attributes in a dream, it means that he may fall sick, or face great adversities, while in his heart, he will remain pleading with Allah Almighty for mercy and relief, though he may remain silent in public regarding his inner faith, and in fear of being ridiculed by his own circles. Crow • Seeing a crow at the king’s gate: Will commit a crime and will feel sorry or will kill one’s brother, then repent in view of a verse in the Holy Quran about Cain and Abel: “Then Allah sent a crow scratching up the ground, to show him how to hide his brother’s naked corpse. He said: Woe unto me! Am I not able to be as this raven and so hide my brother’s naked corpse? And he became repentant.” (“Al-Maidah” [The Table Spread], verse 31.)
• Being scratched by crows: (1) Will freeze to death. (2) Will be slandered by unscrupulous persons and suffer tremendously.
• A crow standing on the Kabah, the Muslims holiest shrine in Mecca (Makkah): A debauchee will marry an honest woman.
• Seeing a crow in one’s house: (1) A man is betraying the dreamer by sleeping with his wife. (2) The ruler or one of his men will enter the dreamer’s house against his will or storm it. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
House • A sound person building a house with concrete or clay in a place he knows: Welfare and benefits.
• A sound person building a house with concrete or clay in an unknown place: The dreamer will do or has already done something for which he will be rewarded in the Hereafter. If the house was built with bricks, gypsum, and lime, it would mean that a sin will be committed or that the dreamer has amassed a fortune through sin and will regret it in the Hereafter, owing to the fact that fire plays a major role in the manufacturing of such constructing material. The dream would have a happy ending if the dreamer destroyed the house before waking up.
• A sick person or someone who has an ill relative or friend building a house: A tomb.
• A house of unknown construction material in an unknown location and with unknown people, isolated from the rest: The Hereafter, especially if dead persons the dreamer knows are seen in it. Cent (Money; Penny) Seeing one cent in a dream means an argument, falsehood, ostentation or pride. Swallowing a quarter and excreting it as a penny in a dream signifies that the person is a zendik or an atheist. Pennies in a dream signify evil, fights and speaking despicable words. Bridegroom If a persons sees himself as having become abridgegroom and he also recognizes his bride in the dream it is a glad tiding that he will soon marry, or he will wield power or he will become the owner of something of value. Uthman (Uthman bin Affan, Allah be pleased with him. The third of the four righteous califs) Seeing him in a dream means celebrating knowledge, being a allahly person, friendship and love for others, lowering one's wings before Allah Almighty and to the believers among His creation, and he represents a trustworthy leadership. Seeing Uthman bin Affan in a dream also could mean facing the aggression of one's enemy and losing to them by winning martyrdom. Seeing Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-alayhi-wasallam) in a Pleasant Mood If someone sees the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu-alayhi-wasallam) in a happy and pleasant mood then such a dream is in reality a harbinger of goodness and happiness. Moses (Allah's prophet Moses, Alayhi-Salam.) If one sees Allah's prophet Moses, Alayhi-Salam, in a dream, it means that Allah Almighty will destroy a tyrant at his hands. Following that, the person seeing the dream will rise in station, continue to attain one victory after another, and he will never be humiliated or defeated. Seeing Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream also denotes the strength of righteous people, and the inevitable defeat of iniquitous people. If at the time of seeing a dream with Allah's prophet Moses (Alayhi-Salam) there exist a tyrant or an unallahly leader, it means that Allah Almighty will destroy him, and one will be saved from his evil. If someone in authority becomes Moses (Alayhi-Salam) in a dream, or if he wears one of his cloaks, it means that he will vanquish his enemy and fulfill what his heart desires. Seeing Muslims Sailing Like Kings Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) used to visit Um Haram bint Milhan she was the wife of 'Ubada bin As-Samit. One day the Prophet visited her and she provided him with food and started looking for lice in his head. Then Allah's Apostle slept and afterwards woke up smiling. Um Haram asked, "What makes you smile, O Allah's Apostle?" He said, "Some of my followers were presented before me in my dream as fighters in Allah's Cause, sailing in the middle of the seas like kings on the thrones or like kings sitting on their thrones." (The narrator Ishaq is not sure as to which expression was correct). Um Haram added, 'I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Invoke Allah, to make me one of them;" So Allah's Apostle invoked Allah for her and then laid his head down (and slept). Then he woke up smiling (again). (Um Haram added): I said, "What makes you smile, O Allah's Apostle?" He said, "Some people of my followers were presented before me (in a dream) as fighters in Allah's Cause." He said the same as he had said before. I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Invoke Allah to make me from them." He said, "You are among the first ones." Then Um Haram sailed over the sea during the Caliphate of Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan, and she fell down from her riding animal after coming ashore, and died. (Bukhari) Dream Interpreter: Imam Bukhari
Islam (Religion of Islam; Surrender to Allah's will; Submission) To see oneself as a Muslim, praising Allah Almighty, thanking Him, facing the Kabah in one's prayers, or to see oneself embracing Islam in a dream means straightening one's life, or repentance from one's sins. If one sees himself renewing his Islam in a dream, it means safety from plagues, sickness, or adversities. To proclaim the two testimonies; " There is no allah other than Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, " in one's dream means relief from distress, or guidance after heedlessness.
