Swim According to Ibn Siren, it is better to wake up after swimming one’s way to safety than to regain consciousness while still struggling in the water.
• Swimming: Will challenge an opponent and defeat him.
• A ruler dreaming that he wishes to swim in the sea but the latter is agitated: He will fight another chief. If he crosses the sea by swimming (in the dream), he will defeat his opponent.
• A scholar swimming in the sea: Will acquire more learning.

Satan Satan symbolizes Man’s enemy in Heaven and on earth, a cunning, deceitful, alert, and malicious enemy who cares for nothing and respects nothing and no one. He could also represent a prince, a state minister, a judge, a policeman, a scholar, a preacher, an atheist, a hypocrite, a covetous person, the dreamer’s family or children, people with very fine hearing, spies, builders, and divers.
• Seeing Satan: Joy and excessive sexual passion, as the word shaytan, Satan in Arabic, comes from shatat, meaning “excess.” This being the case, he could be identified, in Western terms, with Asmodeus.
• Satan manhandling the dreamer: The dreamer is a usurer.
• A healthy person dreaming that Satan has touched him: An enemy is slandering the dreamer’s wife while trying to entice her. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Stair It could also mean that the dreamer will seek the help of hypocrites or that he will travel.
• Climbing stairs: The dreamer will have a successful and fruitful journey or fulfil other objectives (like going to the pilgrimage, becoming a chief, et cetera) or not, depending on the conclusion and what is waiting for the dreamer or what he ultimately finds when or if he reaches the top. In case, for instance, he finds forty men or forty dinars (or dollars, for example), his aims will be achieved. The number thirty is a bad omen in view of the story of Moses. (See Numbers)). Bread If one sees bread hanging in the skies, over the roofs or hanging down from trees in a dream, it means rising prices and the same interpretation applies for all commodities. If he sees bread scattered on the ground and people walking over it in a dream, it means prosperity in that land which leads to vanity. A good looking loaf of bread represents one's good religious stand, otherwise it means the opposite. Baking bread in a dream means working for one's livelihood. Seeing squandered loaves of bread and not eating from them in the dream means meeting with brothers one has not seen for a long time. Flying • A horseman dreaming of flying: Good horsemanship.
• Dreaming of flying on a stretcher, a litter, a bed, or the like: (1) Legs will be affected by a severe ailment. (2) Will become very ill. (3) Will die.
• A dead person flying: Will escape danger.
• A bier flying and people with it: (1) A chief or a scholar will die without anybody knowing about it. (2) A great man will die in a foreign land, during a pilgrimage, or in a battle for the sake of Allah (Jihad). (3) If the dead man on the bier is identified, it means that man in particular. Paradise • Seeing oneself in one of the castles of Paradise: The dreamer will become a chief or marry a beautiful maid.
• Having sex with the heavenly women while the children or young men of Paradise are roaming around: The dreamer will have a realm of his own and plenty of welfare.
• Seeing Radwan, the Custodian of Paradise: The dreamer will be happy as long as he lives.

Back • Seeing the back of a middle-aged woman: The dreamer is running after a matter full of difficulties and which will not culminate in success.
• Seeing the back of a young woman: What is desired will be obtained a bit late.
• Backache: (1) Death of a brother. (2) Difficulties facing whomever the dreamer considers his life support, such as a father, a son, a chief, or a friend.

Mouth If one's mouth looks larger than usual in the dream, it denotes growth and greater benefits, but if one's mouth looks smaller in the dream, then it means the opposite. If one's mouth smells good in the dream, it means speaking good words. Infection of one's mouth in a dream means a disaster or business losses. If something nice comes out of one's mouth in a dream, it means kindness toward others. If one sees his mouth sealed in a dream and did not know who did it, it means a scandal or defamation. In a dream, one's mouth is interpreted in seven ways; It could mean knowledge, a coffer, a cellar, a bookcase, a market, a doorman, a minister, or a door. Camel • A camel entering the dreamer’s mouth or any part of his body: Will be possessed by a demon.
• A camel dying in a house: The sick father of the family or the dreamer’s chief or son (if ill) will die. The camel’s flesh falling apart and its bones being scattered represent a heritage.
• A slaughtered camel: Injustice.
• Slaughtering a camel to eat it in a house where no one is ill: (1) Will open a store. (2) Will help justice prevail and be rewarded for that.

Jesus Christ • Turning into Jesus Christ, looking like him, or wearing some of his clothes. (1) For a ruler or a chief: Will become more powerful. (2) For a scholar or a worshiper: Usefulness and good deeds will increase, and virtue will become more obvious. (3) For a medical doctor or a healer: Will become more successful.
• A sick person dreaming of Jesus Christ: Will be out of danger and recover fully.
• Jesus Christ appearing sick: The dreamer will die.

Beard • The part between the lower lip and the chin represents the man’s asset (s), which he prides himself on.
• Seeing one’s beard half-shaven: Will become poor and unimportant.
• The beard being shaved by an unknown young man: The dreamer’s prestige will be shaken or completely destroyed by an enemy whom he knows, his homonym, or his counterpart.
• The beard being shaved by an old man: Prestige will disappear to a certain extent.

Fish (Sea Life; Human being) In a dream, if their number is known, fish represent women, but if their number is not known, then they represent money from a doubtful source. If one sees a fish colony gathering at seabed, where he is fishing, bringing them up and eating them raw as he pleases, or if he places them into baskets and divides them into lots in the dream, it means that he will prosper and invest his wealth in different ventures and savings plans. A whale in a dream represents the minister of sea life, while the sea itself represents the king or the country. A whale in a pond with his jaws opened in a dream represents a prison. Makkah • Being in a house in Mecca (Makkah) in which the dreamer stayed before: The renewal of a mandate.
• Being in Mecca (Makkah) with the dead: Will die as a martyr.
• Mecca (Makkah) becoming the dreamer’s house: Will become a resident of that holy city.
• Leaving Mecca (Makkah) behind one’s back: Will be separated from or quit one’s chief.

Night Seeing the night in a dream also denotes constant changes in one's life, poverty, hunger, starvation, or death. The night and the day in a dream also represent wisdom and protocols, or indulging in something one will regret. The nightfall in a dream also may denote changing times, or changing trends. The night in a dream also could represent an African woman, while the day may represent a Caucasian woman, or a pregnant woman. The night in a dream also represents the evening gown, while the day represents work. The night in a dream also means veiling one's difficulties and taking refuge in a safe place, except if the one seeing the dream is a traveller, then the night in his dream means injustice and ignorance. Head • Recovering one’s head, which had fallen without reason: (1) Financial gains. (2) Will recover, if ill.
• Replacing one’s severed head and seeing it working: Will be killed in Jihad (holy struggle).
• Seeing a head on a metal or wooden spearhead: A reference to a high-ranking official.
• Seeing a head in a container stained with blood: A chief is lying to the dreamer.
• The neck having been hit with a sword, sending the head reeling on the ground: (1) If ill, will heal. (2) If indebted, will settle debts. (3) If the dreamer has never been to Mecca (Makkah), he will go there. (4) If worried or at war, will be relieved. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Bald Baldness symbolizes money from a higher authority that will only bring about hardships and serve no purpose.
• Being bald or backbiting: The dreamer’s chief will lose part of his capital, and his power and prestige will wane. In case the dreamer has debts, this dream means that he will settle them.
• The hair of the head falling, little by little, till the dreamer becomes bald: Money might go and, with it, one’s prestige.

Turtle The turtle is among the human beings who were metamorphosed, according to religious belief, as a result of a curse. The turtle or tortoise symbolizes: (1) A woman who adorns herself, uses a lot of cosmetics and perfume, and offers herself to men. (2) The chief justice, as the turtle is the most knowledgeable marine creature (according to Ibn Siren). (3) A scholar and a worshiper who reads the Holy Quran.
• A turtle in a garbage can: The people of the area have a scholar but do not know his value.

Jinn - Or Djinn • Turning into a jinn: Will become very shrewd.
• Seeing the jinn standing near one’s house: (1) Losses. (2) The dreamer has to fulfil a solemn spiritual oath. (3) Coming ordeal.
• Any kind of jinn entering the dreamer’s house and doing something: Enemies will enter that house, and thieves will cause damage. Celestial spheres The ninth celestial sphere represents the company of a revered man. Seeing the tenth celestial sphere or the all-encompassing sphere in a dream means meeting the greatest ruler. Orbiting a celestial sphere or a galaxy or seeing them in a dream means rising in station and honor, attaining one's goals, or increase in one's power. If one sees the all-encompassing sphere in a dream, it means that he will meet the Almighty Lord, the Master of the universes, Allah Almighty Himself or become the intimate friend of the greatest ruler in the world. If one sees himself in a dream changing the order of stars, galaxies or constellations, it means being unjust or trying to obscure the truth. If a woman sees herself under the first celestial sphere in a dream, it means that she will marry someone from the ruling class.
