Door If the door of one's house opens to the street in a dream, it means that what one earns will be of benefit to strangers rather than to his own household. The disappearing of a door in a dream means death of the head of that household. Passing through a small door into an open space means relief from difficulties. If one sees himself leaving his house from the main door into a spacious green garden in a dream, it means entering the realms of the hereafter. If one sees two ringlets or door knockers hanging at his door in a dream, it means indebtedness to two people who are demanding to be paid. If one sees fire burning his door in a dream, it means the death of his wife, or it may mean his failure to properly manage that household. The gates of a city represent a righteous governor. Mouse The mouse symbolizes the dreamer’s household: those who dwell in his house—his wife and children, et cetera—a debauched woman, or, some say, a devilish Jewish woman or a Jew, as related by Al-Nabulsi. It could also refer to a thief. Many mice means profit and welfare. Mice of the same color allude to women. The rat is a digging thief.
• Dreaming of a mouse playing in one’s house: Prosperity will increase because, according to the ancient Arabs, mice invade only those places that are prosperous. And only people who are not hungry can afford to play.
• Seeing mice in one’s house: Dangerous women will enter that house.
• A mouse leaving one’s house: Livelihood and blessings will decrease.
• Owning a mouse: Will have a servant because, like servants, mice share the food of the master.

Bug (Any small, blood sucking insect.) Seeing a bug in a dream means facing a weak enemy. If a small bug enters one's body in a dream, it means that a poor person will visit him to receive some mental satisfaction or to solicit a small financial support. (Also see Flea) Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Silver • Hoarding silver: Will go to Hell. “… they who hoard up gold and silver if not in the way of Allah, unto them give tidings (O Prophet Muhammad) of a painful doom, on the day when it will [all] be heated in the fire of Hell, and their foreheads and their flanks and their backs will be branded therewith (and it will be said unto them): Here is that which ye hoarded for yourselves. Now taste of what ye used to hoard.” (“Al-Baraah” or “Al-Taubah,” verses 34–35.)
• Silver roofs, houses, stairs, doors, or couches: A reference to atheism in view of verses 33 to 35 of “Surat Al-Zukhruf” (Ornaments) in the Holy Quran: “And were it not that mankind would have become one community (of disbelievers), We might well have appointed, for those who disbelieve in the Beneficent, roofs of silver for their houses and stairs (of silver) whereby to mount, and for their houses doors (of silver) and couches of silver whereon to recline, and ornaments of gold. Yet all that would have been but a provision of the life of the world. And the Hereafter with your Lord would have been for those who keep away from evil.”

Flying • Flying with birds: (1) Will flock with foreigners. (2) For an evil person: Bad omen. (3) Possible crucifixion. (4) For a fisherman: Coming ordeal.
• Flying with wings that do not resemble bird wings: Something extraordinary will happen to the dreamer, and people will marvel.
• Flying without wings: Fear and hardships, but also fulfilment of a wish and rising in life as high as the dreamer rose in the sky.

Raven • Seizing a raven (a small, dark bird with a red beak and red legs): (1) Influence or a leading position, achieved by merit, if eligible. (2) The dreamer will tell the truth or make a just statement that will not be accepted or taken well.

Hunter Hunting sparrows, hawks, or falcons in a dream also means gaining power. Hunting birds or pigeons in a dream represents a tricky merchant. Hunting beasts in a dream means cheating travellers. Fishing means womanizing. A beast hunter in a dream represents someone who takes advantage of foreigners. A bird hunter in a dream also represents a school teacher, a music teacher, or a preacher. Example of Species A specific tree like the date tree or a walnut tree. The date tree may be interpreted as an honorable Arab gentleman since date trees are mainly indigenous to arab countries. As for the walnut tree, it represents a non-Arab person since these trees do not grow in the land of the Arabs. The same applies to birds. Vulture The vulture is the most powerful bird and best flyer. It also has the sharpest vision and lives longest. Therefore, owning a vulture means that the dreamer will have tremendous influence and will become a real king, a regent, or some kind of a ruler.
• A vulture rebelling against the dreamer: The king (or supreme authority) will be angry with the dreamer and appoint an unjust man to deal with him (the same as the Prophet Solomon trusted the vulture to take care of the birds that feared it).
• Owning an obedient vulture: Will wield tremendous power, which will enable the dreamer to dominate if not the whole world, at least part of it. He will even subdue the king or a similar authority. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Door A door in a dream represents the guardian of the house. An open doors in a dream represents a source of income. The door of a house also represents the wife. If the appearance of one's door looks different from reality in a dream, it means changes in one's life. If it is broken or burned in the dream, it means difficulties for the resident guardian of that house. If one sees a small door within the main entrance door in the dream, it means that he will infringe on the privacy of others bedroom. It also means that one's wife may have a secret affair, or that a betrayal may be uncovered in one's house. If one sees lions jumping at his door in a dream, it means that insolent people will pursue his wife. If one sees himself seeking a door which he couldn't find in a dream, it means indecision. Milk Drinking the milk of any beasts in a dream represents doubt about one's religion. Drinking zebra's milk in a dream also means an illness. Drinking the milk of a deer or a gazelle in a dream represents small earnings. The milk of non-milk producing animals or birds in a dream means that one's wish will come true. The milk of predatory animals and stingers in a dream means making peace with one's enemy. Grape Black grapes during the right season symbolize fear and disease; otherwise they mean trouble and worries. They are also a harbinger of cold weather. Grapes were believed by the ancient Arabs to be harmful. They also thought that no benefit could be derived from the black color and hated black grapes in any case. Among other things, they argued that the grape was originally white, placed near the son of Nuh (Noah). When his father cursed him, it suddenly turned black. Certain dream interpreters felt that the black grape meant nothing but money that will not last. Separate from the bunch, it symbolized extreme fear or chills. Others regarded the black grape as a not so bad dream, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “And of the fruits of the date-palm, and grapes, whence ye derive strong drink and (also) good nourishment. Lo! therein, is indeed a portent for people who have sense.” (“Al-Nahl” [The Bees], verse 67.) Skin • Dreaming that a host of black women are coming to you: You will have plenty of welfare, but from the enemy side.
• Dreaming that your face is black and that you are wearing white clothes: You will have a female child in view of the Quranic verse that reads as follows: “When if one of them receiveth tidings of the birth of a female, his face remaineth darkened, and he is wroth inwardly.” (“Al-Nahl” [The Bees], verse 58.)
• Your face being black and your clothes dirty: You are lying to God.
• Your face turning black and dusty: You will die.

Chicken (Bird; Fowl) A chicken in a dream represents the woman of the house, while the rooster in a dream represents the man of the house. A chicken in a dream also represents a woman who takes care of orphans and raises charities for their sake, or it could represent a blond woman, or a servant. Swallow The swallow or swift, which the Arabs literally call paradise bird, is a blessed man or a blessed woman belonging to someone. It could also refer to a young boy who reads the Holy Quran properly. Other interpretations include a devout individual who fears God and is nice to others, a man of letters, or a person who comes to others rescue. It is a good augury for future actions, especially for the planting of trees.
• Seeing swallows in one’s house or owning plenty of them: Honest money.
• Seeing swallows leaving one’s home: Relatives will depart.
• Seizing a swallow: Illegal money.

Thigh • Dreaming that one’s thigh is red and hairy and calling someone to let him shave that hair: The dreamer has a debt a relative will settle on his behalf.
• Having a reduced or small thigh: (1) The dreamer’s clan is small. (2) The dreamer is a solitary person. (3) The dreamer will be estranged.

Neck If one sees a nice bird sitting over his neck in a dream, it means benefits or an alibi. If it is not a gentle bird, then it becomes a bad omen or a rebuke. If one sees a necklace, a rope, a wire or a thread wrapped around his neck in a dream, it means fulfilling a promise, acquiring knowledge, status and honored. Beard • Having a white, shining beard: Will have power and prestige and be well noted in the country, as, according to Ibn Siren, Abraham’s beard was white.
• The beard becoming hoary or gray: Prestige and respectability.
• The beard graying and then turning completely white: Will become poor and unheeded. A black-bearded young man told Ibn Siren he dreamed that his beard had turned completely white and that he was trying to dye it, to no avail, as the dye wouldn’t hold. The interpreter replied that his fortune was declining and that he was trying to conceal this fact, in vain, which he admitted.
• Having a jet-black or pitch-black beard: Will grow prosperous and self-sufficient, especially if the black was greenish, in which case it would mean tremendous wealth and authority coupled with tyranny, as that was said to be the color of the hair of Moses pharaoh. Vagina If one re-enters the womb of a woman through her vagina in a dream, it means his death. A vagina in a dream also could represent a blood sucker, a murderer, or a deceitful person who portrays piety during the day, then shows his teeth at night. A vagina in a dream also represents a shameless and an insolent worker, or it could represent a bird's nest. In this sense, capturing a bird, or looking inside a bird's nest in a dream means getting married. If a woman sees water entering her vagina in a dream, it means that she will conceive a child. If a woman's vagina turns into iron or into any metal in the dream, it means that she has lost all hope in accomplishing her aspirations, satisfying her desires or needs.
