A Door It symbolises the head of the household and at other times the one who manages the household affairs which is, in most cases, one's wife. Any pleasant or unpleasant condition in such a door bespeaks of a similar condition in her. For example, a broken, displaced or burnt door could mean dispute or separation between wife and husband. Cock The cock and the hen represent a foreign slave, a bondsman, or the offspring of a bondman, because those birds do not fly. The cock also symbolizes an enthusiastic and energetic man—one whose voice is heard, like the muath-thin or muezzin (he who calls people to pray). Likewise, it refers to a man of influence but who is under someone else’s authority, again because despite its huge size, crest, or comb that stands like a crown on its head, the cock is owned by somebody and cannot fly. Pomegranate If a sick person eats the skin of a pomegranate in a dream, it means that he will recover from his illness. A pomegranate in a dream also means a coffer, a beehive, or a honeycomb. If the seeds are white in the dream, they represent little money. If they are red, then they represent a sizeable profit. A pomegranate in a dream also denotes fear or a journey. A fresh looking pomegranate in a dream represents a young virgin. A broken pomegranate in half in a dream represents a deflowered girl, a divorcee or a widow. Camel • Cooked camel meat: (1) Halal (lawful or honest) gains. (2) Sincerity and success in doing certain things, but with caution, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “All food was lawful unto the children of Israel, save that which Israel forbade himself…” (“Al-Imran” [The Family of Imran], verse 93.)
• Camel skin: An inheritance. The she-camel symbolizes a woman, a year, a tree, a palm tree, a ship, or some complications. Everything that is put on a camel’s back, like a saddle, a palanquin, et cetera, for the rider to sit on equally refers to a woman.

Eagle The eagle symbolizes a strong man, a warrior who can be trusted neither by a friend nor by a foe. Its baby is an intrepid son who mixes with rulers.
• An eagle seen on a rooftop or in a house: The Archangel of Death will visit that house.

Lice If a louse flies away from one's chest in a dream, it means that one's son or an employee has run away from his house or place of business. If a large louse comes out of one's skin in a dream, it means losing one's life. A louse in a dream also represents a woman, a housekeeper, a son, an illness, an invading army, soldiers, depression, or distress. For a ruler or a policeman, lice represent his helpers. As for a teacher, lice in a dream represent his students, and for merchants, they represent his envious competition, while for a craftsperson or tradesmen they mean taxes. Termite (Broker; Stockbroker; Wood warm) In a dream, termites represent jealousy, envy, perfidy, competition in knowledge, or search for arguments. If one sees termites in his carry -on bag, or eating from his staff in a dream, they mean his death. Termites in a dream also represent a slanderer who tricks wealthy people to make his commission by advising them to place their money into bad investments. If a sick person sees termites inside his house or clinging to his skin in a dream, it also means his death. Bottle (Glass bottle; Water skin) In a dream, a bottle represents a money pouch, knowledge, a womb, or a despicable person. Seeing or carrying a bottle of honey in a dream means learning a trick from a loathsome person. Seeing or carrying a bottle of fuel in a dream means earning unlawful money through an evil person. Blowing into a bottle in a dream denotes having a son. The same interpretation is given for blowing air or inflating any sack or a balloon. Testicles • Seeing one’s testicles inflated and stronger than they really are: (1) Will be protected from any harm. (2) Will have many girls.
• Seeing one’s testicles having been cut or destroyed: (1) An amount of money is due by the dreamer, of which two thousand, two hundred, or simply two currency units are missing. (2) Will be deprived of God’s blessings, have no more children, and face hard times. (3) Will divorce. (4) Will betray one’s country for personal benefits. (5) Will lose one’s children. (6) Will lose one’s purse or money altogether. (7) Will lose the consent of the bride’s sponsors. (8) Will lose one’s family or other relatives. (9) Will no longer be decent. (10) Will contract a skin disease, in particular; alopecia (loss of hair), commonly called fox’s evil; or leontiasis leprosy, known as lion’s evil.

Mouse • Obtaining mouse skin: Will get some money, not much, from a debauched woman.
• Throwing arrows or stones at a mouse: Will backbite a licentious woman or exchange correspondence with her on an unholy matter.
• Catching a mouse: Will outsmart a woman and sleep with her. A man who saw himself penetrating a mouse and coming out with a date from its ass asked Ibn Siren about the meaning of such a dream. “Are you married to a corrupt woman?” asked Ibn Siren. “Yes,” said the man. “She will give birth to a devout son.”
• A mouse coming out of one’s rectum: A thankless woman will get out of the dreamer’s life.

Hyena Thus, when interpreted to means a woman, it means that one may marry such a woman. Shooting a hyena with an arrow in a dream means corresponding with such a woman. Throwing a stone or a walnut at a hyena in a dream means slandering a woman. Hitting a hyena with a sword in a dream means lashing at such a woman with bad words. Drinking hyena's milk in a dream means suffering losses at the hand of such a woman through betrayal. Stabbing a hyena in a dream means doing business with such a woman, or managing her business, or getting married to someone in her family. Getting hold of the skin, bones, or hair of a hyena in a dream means taking advantage of such a woman and using her for her money. Grammarian (Linguist; Philologist) A grammarian in a dream represents preventive medicine, drug prescriptions, avoiding evil pranks, or it could mean a cover for one's head. A grammarian in a dream also means embellishment of one's words, making a flowery speech, falsification or exaggeration. Adz (Adze; Ax) Seeing an adz in a dream signifies continuing progress, permanence, stability, livelihood, profits, money, benefits from one's wife or child. An adz in a dream also could represent the head of a project or the manager to whom one must report about the progress of his work, or it could represent a teacher, a wise man, an educator, one's mouth, one's servant, a greedy person, a sharp tongued woman or it could represent the arrival of a traveller. Grave Digger and Excavator To see a grave digger or excavator in the dream means death for the one who sees it provided any of the following happens; he pushes the grave digger away from his place; his animal tramples the grave digger, the grave digger falls on the ground; he himself is in the state of sakraat. But if any of the following happens then he will either lose his job or die; he rolls up his bedding; his turban or topi falls off from his head; his hand gets cut off from his body; his tongue is cut off; he becomes blind. Pomegranate Eating pomegranate seeds in a dream means earning easy money. A pomegranate in a dream also represents savings. If it is ripened and tastes sweet, it represents a beautiful woman, a town, a son, a one thousand dollars, a one hundred dollars, or ten dollars depending on the type of work one performs. If a pomegranate is eaten unripened in the dream, it represents suspicious money. As for a ruler or a governor, a pomegranate in a dream represents a city. If he brakes one in a dream, it means that he will conquer or rule that city. Mouse Mice in a dream also represent the members of one's household. Killing or catching a mouse in a dream means taking advantage of a woman. Thigh Thighs in a dream also represent the pillars of one's house, the head of a household, one's wife, one's husband, son, master, earnings, business, vehicle, or wealth. One's thighs in their beautiful condition in a dream also represent the correctness of one's prayers, or they may represent his garment, tools, or chair. Incident - A woman shaving the Dreamer's Hair and Beard It is narrated that a person came to Imaam Jafar Saadiq (RA) and said: “I dreamed that a woman shave my beard and hair. What is the interpretation?” He said: “Indeed, you have seen amost unpleasant dream. For the woman symbolises the year (time) and the head symbolises man's honour, respect beauty and all the Allah favours him with. You will lose all of these. Embrace • Embracing a person the dreamer knows: Will mix with that person.
• Embracing a person and placing one’s head on his knees: Will keep one’s capital in the custody of that person.
• Embracing one’s enemy: Will be reconciled with him and hostilities will cease.
• Embracing or hugging a woman: The dreamer is sticking to life and has no hope in the Hereafter.
• Embracing a man: A show of solidarity and mutual help.
