Face If one's face appears white and his body black in a dream, it means that he shows decency and disguises inappropriateness. If a whiskerless person sees hair growing over the sides of his upper lip in a dream, it means that he carries burdening debts, or that he has lost dignity. If one's face looks different or missing some of its clarity or beauty in a dream, it denotes someone who jokes excessively, for immoderate jesting, hilarity or mirth decreases people's respect. Banner If the banners are black in the dream, they mean that one will meet a man of knowledge. If the banners are white, then they represent a jealous person who will never be married. If they are yellow, they represent an epidemic disease. If they are green, they mean a journey by land. A banner or a flag in a dream also means that one will be wrapped in ambiguity in relation to a particular matter and he will not find a way out. If one sees a flag and a brigade in a dream, it means that he will be able to find his way through the difficulties and overcome his sadness and adversities. Mirror • Looking in the mirror and seeing the wife’s vagina: Relief will come.
• Looking in a rusted mirror: The dreamer is in bad shape. Likewise, an adulterated mirror means deep worries.
• Looking in the mirror and seeing oneself with a black beard, which is not the case in reality: Will be honoured by people and well reputed, but not in religious affairs. A white beard would mean poverty compensated for by respect and religious faith.

Sheep Shearing off the wool of a sheep in a dream is a warning that one should remain aloof for three days. Both the white sheep and the black sheep in a dream mean profit, though the benefits one draws from a white sheep are greater. Seeing a herd of sheep in a dream means continuous happiness. Walking by a slaughter house or a tripe shop and witnessing the heads and trotters of sheep in a dream mean longevity. Veil (Attire) In a dream, a woman's veil represents her religion. For a woman, wearing a veil in a dream means marriage, prosperity, beauty. Wearing a black veil in a dream means marrying a poor man. If a man sees himself wearing a veil in a dream, it means that he will commit adultery with his female servant. Paradise • Seeing Paradise with one’s eyes: Worries will disappear and the dreamer will obtain whatever he desires.
• Seeing Paradise but refusing to enter it: The dreamer is a benefactor and a hard worker. Such a dream can be had only by the fair, never by the unjust.
• Seeing Paradise but being barred from entering it: The dreamer will not be able to perform hajj (pilgrimage), engage in Jihad (holy war) or expiate for some sin, despite his desire to do so.
• Seeing one of the gates of Paradise being closed or slammed in one’s face: One of the dreamer’s parents will die. If two gates are closed, both parents will pass away. In case all gates are closed, this means that the dreamer’s parents are displeased with him. Conversely, if he enters it from any gate, the dreamer is blessed by his parents.
• Entering Paradise: (1) The dreamer will be happy and secure on earth and in the Hereafter. (2) Desires will be fulfilled after hardships, because the way to Paradise, it is believed, is fraught with dangers and evil things. Lungs (Anger; Pulmonary; Soul; Woman) In a dream, lungs represent the abode of the soul. Damaged or decaying lungs in a dream represent the nearing of one's death. If one sees his lungs turned black in a dream, it means cessation of his business or source of his livelihood. Healthy lungs in a dream represent longevity. Mattress A black mattress in the dream represents a woman who is engaged in doing something for other than Allah's pleasure. Buying a new and a beautiful looking mattress in a dream means marriage to a chaste and a beautiful woman. If the new mattress is torn or damaged in the dream, it means living with an impious woman. Changing the place of one's bed in a dream means divorce. If one finds himself unable to sleep on his bed in a dream, it means that he cannot have marital relationship with his wife, or perhaps he could be suffering from impotence. Fig Fig leaves in a dream represent distress, grief, depression. Eating a fig leaf in a dream means sorrow and afflictions. Seeing black figs in season in a dream means comfort, while seeing white figs in a dream has a better connotation. Eating a fig out of season in a dream means jealousy. Silver • Giving away a silver knickknack, artifact, mirror, piece of jewelry: Will lose money or other assets.
• Seeing oneself in a silver mirror: Popularity will be at its lowest ebb, or reputation will be badly damaged.
• Entering a silver cave and taking something out of it: Will be deceived by wife in a matter regarding her or somebody else.
• Becoming part of the silver metal: Wife will deceive the dreamer.
• Silver and golden containers: Women. But silver is good and gold is bad.
• Seeing silver in a container: Someone will deposit something with the dreamer and place his confidence in him.
• A silver or golden container, such as a pitcher, a jug, a ewer, a tea- or coffeepot or a flagon, a platter or trencher, or a cup: Business or good deeds conducive to Paradise. Papers If a Allah fearing person sees himself looking at a paper written in a language he cannot decipher in a dream, it means that he will face humiliation or suffer from distress. If one is offered a wrapping paper and he finds a newborn baby wrapped inside it in a dream, it means that he will hire a servant with some strings attached to his employment. If one is given a newspaper, or a document but does not care to read it in his dream, it means that he may receive an inheritance. If one reads the title page of a newspaper in a dream, it also means that he may receive an inheritance. If he quickly browses through it in his dream, then it means debts. To see one's records of the Day of Judgment open before his own eyes in a dream, it denotes his faith, certitude, lack of doubt and true belief in what Allah's Messenger, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, brought from his Lord. Medicine Inserting a suppository into the rectum in a dream means spying or eavesdropping. To take a laxative in a dream means attempting to correct one's religious devotion, or it could mean washing one's body from impurities. The success of one's attempt depends on the potency of his medicine. Seeking good health in a dream means trying to amend one's life for the better. The same meaning applies if one sees himself using an ointment for his eyes. A yellow colored medicine in a dream means illness. A laxative in a dream means a cure for a sick person and a warning for a healthy person to correct himself. A bad tasting medicine in a dream means a fever followed by a chill. Good tasting medicine in a dream is beneficial for rich people, though bad for poor people. Interpreting a cure with a medicine in a dream is not like interpreting recovering without a medicine. Mulberry Eating mulberries or strawberries in a dream mean increase in one's earnings, praiseworthy religious assiduity, good faith, certitude and leading a healthy life. Blackberries in a dream represent gold. The mulberry tree in a dream represents a wealthy person with many children. Mulberry in a dream also could mean borrowing money. Lamp stand If the wick is black and the oil is murky in the dream, it means experiencing a wretched life. If the stand itself has some deficiencies in the dream, it means an illness in one's body. If the stand is strong and clean, it means that one's body and blood are free from illness. A broken lamp stand in a dream represents a terminal illness. Bead (Also see Aqiq.) Beads symbolize a woman, a servant, a girl or a slave, money, politeness, shrewdness, procreation, and boys.
• Finding beads: (1) Money and gifts from God, as many gifts as beads. (2) A beneficial trip.
• Finding white beads: Will get a good servant who fears the wrath of God.
• Finding green beads: Will have a pious servant.
• Finding black beads: Will obtain the services of a nonreligious, corrupt, and unkind servant.

Incident - Interpretations of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) Once Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi-Salam) related a dream to his blessed companion Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him. He said: "I saw in a dream that we were climbing a ladder. At the end, I reached two steps further than you did." Abu Bakr replied: "O Prophet Muhammad, God Almighty will call your soul back unto His mercy, and I shall live two and one half years after you have departed from this world." In another dream, he said: "I saw a flock of black sheep tailed by another flock of white sheep following me." Abu Bakr replied: "The Arabs will follow you first, then others will follow them." Shoe The shoe, sandal, sole, et cetera, symbolizes: (1) A wife or a pious woman. (2) A boy. (3) A friend. (4) A partner. (5) An animal. (6) A journey. (7) A brother.
• Buying a pair of shoes without using them: Will buy a slave girl or marry a free woman whose color or character will be as reflected by the color of the shoes. (1) Green shoes: The woman will be religious and virtuous. (2) Black shoes: She will be rich. (3) Yellow shoes: She will be ill. (4) Red shoes: She will be coquettish, always busy with her makeup, adornment, et cetera.

Back A broken back in a dream means fear, distress and sorrow. If one sees his rear side dark in color, black or red in a dream, it means that he may suffer from physical abuse and beating during a fight. Seeing one's own back in a dream also could mean buying new clothing, or it could mean feeling strong because of one's knowledge, his son, power, political connections, wealth or property. Seeing one's back in a dream also could mean to repudiate one's wife. If one's back is seared or cauterized in a dream, it denotes stinginess, or it could mean that he fails to comply with Allah's rights upon him. Sorcery (Black magic; Magic arts; Witchcraft) If one sees women throwing stones at him using a slingshot in a dream, it means sorcery and a bad spell. Sorcery in a dream also means deception and arrogance. If one sees himself practicing sorcery, or if he is bewitched by a sorcerer in a dream, it means separation between husband and wife through falsehood. Sorcery in a dream also connotes disbelief, a ruse, shrewdness, or ingratitude. If the sorcery is done by jinn in the dream, their effects will be stronger. Tree • Seeing many date palms in an unusual place: Will command as many men.
• Seeing many date palms in a garden or a fertile land and taking their fruits: Will obtain money from honest and noble people.
• A dead person sitting on top of a tree or owning one:
• If the tree is big and beautiful, the dead man is in Paradise.
• If the tree seen in the dream is ugly and full of thorns or black and filthy, like the Zachum oil tree or the thorn tree, he is being tortured in Hell.
