Washing (Brass polisher; Dishwasher; Washer) A dishwasher or a brass polisher in a dream represent an interior decorator, or someone who beautifies and embellishes people's properties, or one who attracts people to himself. Mirror The mirror symbolizes the heart, imagination, travel, a woman, vanity, or a man’s chivalry (in view of the resemblance between the words mirror and chivalry in Arabic, which are almost homonyms, one being mirah and the other morooah) and stature commensurate with the size and clarity of the mirror.
• Looking in the mirror has contradictory interpretations: (1) Will get married. If the dreamer is already married and wife is absent, she will come back. (2) God is displeased with the dreamer who disobeys Him overtly and (1) covertly and who will deteriorate financially, physically, and morally.

Limping If one has no children, or if he has no plans to travel, then limping in a dream means a warning to set back, slow down and to be careful about his next move. If one's leg is dislocated in a dream, it means that his wife may get sick. Limping in a dream also means longevity, knowledge and religious understanding. Seeing a woman limping in a dream means receiving something deficient. The same goes if a woman sees someone limping or hopping on one foot in her dream. Chess (Challenges; Game) Playing chess in a dream means mixing with all kinds of people. Playing chess in a dream also means deception, fights or a ploy. Seeing a chessboard, and if no one is playing it in a dream represents a strike, or people who are dismissed from their job. If one sees people playing it, then such people represent the leaders or the statesmen. The winner in a chess game in a dream is the winner of a political or a military maneuver. Whatever steps one takes in playing chess in a dream will be reflected in the political arena. Playing chess in a dream also could mean intending a fight, but not knowing whether he will win or lose. Crucifixion • Being crucified alive: Dignity, honour, and religious righteousness.
• Being crucified and dead: Prestige coupled with corrupt religious faith.
• Being crucified and killed or after being killed: Prestige, but the dreamer will be lied to.
• Being crucified without remembering when that happened: (1) Lost money will come back. (2) If the dreamer is poor, will get rich. (3) Bad omen for the rich (according to some interpreters). Bathhouse A bathhouse in a dream also represents the judge's court, and its attendant represents the judge himself. A bathhouse in a dream also represents a prison and its guard, the ocean and the ship pilot, the evil bawdy houses and their dwellers, a woman and a pimp, or a cadet posing as her husband. If one goes to a public bath, then after completing his wash wears a white garment, and takes a carriage back home in his dream, it means that he will shortly die and the elements of his dream represent his washing, shrouding, coffin and funeral. Workhorse (Nag) A workhorse in a dream represents man's endeavor and serious striving. The more fit a workhorse in a dream, the better is one's determination and drive. If a workhorse speaks to a man in a dream, it means income and fame. Riding on the back of a workhorse in a dream means taking a long journey, or it could mean taking money from one's wife. Crawl • Crawling on one’s belly: Will be handicapped and compelled to spend all savings owing to unemployment.

Hair • A woman dreaming that a man other than her husband has cut her hair: That man is inviting her husband to have a relationship with another woman to exact revenge from her, and she will have an argument with that enemy.
• Seeing a woman’s tress or plaits of hair cut: She will never have a child.

Funeral Ceremonies, Obsequies According to Daniel Al-Sagheer, (Jr.) (sic), quoted by Ibn Shaheen, dreaming of having died, been put on a bier and lifted up, and that people are walking in the funeral procession means dignity and high honours, but a flaw in religious faith, unless it is known that no burial took place after that. According to Ibn Siren:
• Seeing one’s own funeral and people weeping and paying homage to the dreamer: Happy ending.
• Seeing one’s own funeral and nobody crying, but people rather speaking ill of the dreamer: Unhappy ending.

Flying • Flying on one’s back: (1) Will have a comfortable sea journey. (2) Unemployment. (3) Death, if the dreamer is ill.
• Flying with wings: Change of condition. If destination is reached, situation will improve. For the poor, it means plenty of financial gains.
• Flying like a pigeon in the air and having a bird’s-eye view as if controlling those on earth and being in a position to benefit or harm anybody at will: Dignity and strength.
• Flying happily from one country to another, but feeling heavy and unable to benefit or harm anyone or touch anything: The dreamer is yearning for money.

Will (Bequest; Grandfather) In a dream, a will represents the relationship between two people. A will in a dream also means making peace between adversaries, or it could mean a meeting between two people from different towns. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Blame Blaming someone in a dream, means the same in wakefulness, and consequently, one will suffer from people blaming him. If one sees people showering him with money in a dream, it means that they are speaking ill of him or blaming him. Destruction Seeing a city destroyed by an earthquake in a dream represents the carrying of a death sentence for someone there, or it could mean violation of people's rights or freedom in that town. If one sees an entire town being destroyed with its urban area, factories and fields in a dream, it means that the people of that town have gone astray, or that its leaders are struck with calamities. On the other hand, if one sees it flourishing in a dream, then it reflects the spiritual awareness and religious devotion of its people. Market • Stealing or cheating in buying and selling: Will indulge in the worst kind of theft, like that involving people’s bread. If a mujahid—involved in Jihad—will be caught and chained. If a pilgrim, will conquer the heart of a woman and enjoy making love to her. If a scholar, will give bad counsel, will pray the wrong way, will prostrate himself before the imam does, et cetera.
• Seeing a specific market full of people but with fire in it or a spring in its midst or seeing a nice breeze blowing in it or its shops filled with chopped straw: Good earnings for the merchants, but hypocrisy as well.
• The market looking empty and its people dead or the merchants feeling sleepy or looking dormant or the shops closed and cobwebs appearing here and there, even on the commodities: Stagnation and recession.

Tar Hot tar in a dream represents a guard who prevents saboteurs or subversive people from causing damage to one's property. Wearing a garment drenched with tar in a dream means indulging in sin and mixing with its people. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Incident - Seeing Two Sheeps fightings right next to your wife Finding nothing she chose to use a scissors rather. In her haste, she inured herself causing a deep wound on that part of her body. To confirm this, go straight to her and see for yourself.” The man went straight to his wife expressing his desire to fulfils his need. She said: “No! Not until you explain to me why you had avoided me for seven months!” He gave his explanation regarding his dream and the interpretation given by the learned Imaam. Upon this she exclaimed: “The Imaam has spoken the truth” Then she took his hand and passed it over the cotton wool covering the wound. When he ws satisfied he went back to the Imaam to report his findings. The Imaam praised and glorified Allah for having guided him to the correct interpretation of the dream.
