Aba As-Sa'ib Dying Righteously Narrated Kharija bin Zaid bin Thabit: Um Al-'Ala an Ansari woman who had given the Pledge of allegiance to Allah's Apostle said, "'Uthman bin Maz'un came in our share when the Ansars drew lots to distribute the emigrants (to dwell) among themselves, He became sick and we looked after (nursed) him till he died. Then we shrouded him in his clothes. Allah's Apostle (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) came to us, I (addressing the dead body) said, "May Allah's Mercy be on you, O Aba As-Sa'ib! I testify that Allah has honored you." The Prophet said, 'How do you know that?' I replied, 'I do not know, by Allah.' He said, 'As for him, death has come to him and I wish him all good from Allah. By Allah, though I am Allah's Apostle, I neither know what will happen to me, nor to you.'" Um Al-'Ala said, "By Allah, I will never attest the righteousness of anybody after that." She added, "Later I saw in a dream, a flowing spring for 'Uthman. So I went to Allah's Apostle and mentioned that to him. Mosque The caller to prayers (Muezzin) represents the judge or a gnostic from that town or country who calls people to the right path and whose call is harkened to by the believer. The doors of a mosque in a dream represent the trustees and guards who shelter people from outside attacks. If one sees any of that in a dream, or whatever condition these elements are in, they represent the current condition of the people, and this is what the central mosque represents in one's dream. Rain The rain symbolizes relief and a good year, especially for the farmer or peasant and all the more so if it falls in the right season, and dreaming of rain, in general, is a sign that dead matters will be revived. Rain in the right season also refers to God’s mercy and the Holy Quran. However, the rain could also symbolize plagues and scourges that come from the sky, like swarms of locusts, hailstones, and tempests, especially if they are seen with fire or the waters are hot. Rains of blood, indeed, are a harbinger of sedition, intrigue, and bloodbaths. Out-of-season rain is also a calamity.

Face Frowning in someone's face in a dream also means suffering at his hand. If a woman sees her face blackened with soot in a dream, it means the death of her husband. If she sees herself putting makeup and anointing herself with perfume in a dream, it means good news for her and for her husband. A smiling and a cheerful face in a dream connotes happiness and righteousness whether the person is alive or dead. The beauty of a woman's face or that of a child in a dream means blessings. Disrobe If the person is sick in real life, it means that he will recover. If he is indebted, it means that he will repay his debts. If he is seized with fear, it means that he will regain his peace. Policeman The policeman symbolizes the Archangel of Death or big trouble and worries. Accompanied by his aides, he represents alarm (not just fear); sorrow; danger; a powerful, evil, and wicked individual or many of them; harm from whimsical behaviour; and ferocious beasts.

Lamp stand In a dream, a lamp stand represent humankind and their characteristics. The lamp itself represents one's soul, the oil represents one's blood, and the wick represents his temperature. Once the wick is used up, and the oil is burned in the dream, it means one's death. Molars and Pre-molars These symbolise a persons paternal and maternal uncles and aunts. The upper ones will then symbolise the males and the lower ones the females. If a person sees any of these as fallen, and he does not pick them up nor or count them, it means one of his relatives will die. Jinn - Or Djinn • A person dreaming that a jinn is standing behind him: His enemies will have the upper hand.
• Dreaming that you are controlling a jinn, who obeys you: Dignity and the highest post.
• Tying up a jinn: Will triumph over the enemy.
• Falling captive in the hands of the jinn: Scandals.

Sodomy vigour, as the words grandfather and endeavours are homonyms in Arabic.
• An identified dead man sodomizing a living human: The latter will obtain a share from the former’s bequest or from his heirs or kith and kin.
• Sodomizing a dead man: The dreamer will pray for the latter.
• Being sodomized by the caliph (or ruler): The dreamer will rule over a province or be given an important position. Sodomizing a man without problems: Harmony prevails between the two partners during that period, and the passive one will benefit from the other, be he identified or not.

Ice Buying a container of ice during a hot weather in a dream means profits that will bring financial stability to one's family, or hearing good news that will comfort and cool one's heart. Winter's ice in a dream means washing away one's difficulties and trouble. It also means forcing one's conditions upon his opponents. A snowstorm that culminates in icy roads, freezing and impeding the traffic in a dream means economic depression and slowing of the travel industry. Ice in a dream also represents men's endurance. Effeminate If an effeminate person or a homosexual looks at his own male organ and finds no female organ beside it in the dream, it means that he will repent and back up from his loathsome conduct and revert to his natural sexual condition. If an effeminate person who is also bisexual sees himself as having a vagina, or if he looks at his penis in a dream, it means separation from his wife or mother or segregation from his friends. Eunuch • Seeing eunuchs: Welfare and good morals or reform. They could also allude to angels and virtue or, by contrast, an insane person.
• A eunuch bringing some news, good or bad: The information will prove to be true.

Bier • Plenty of biers put on the ground in a given place: The folk of that place are corrupt and indulging in adultery.
• A woman dreaming that she has died and been carried on a bier: Will get married. If already married, will relinquish her religion.
• Biers in the souk (marketplace): That market is full of adulterated goods and hypocrisy.
• Falling from one’s bier: Will be demoted; business and other interests will be stalled, and prestige will be lost.

A Most Unpleasant Dream If the Holy Prophet (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) is seen as physically deformed or sick or dead then this is a very unpleasant dream.
