Despair (Despondency; Disheartened; Discouraged; Resign) To experience desperation or to loose hope in Allah Almighty in a dream signifies polytheism or attempting to commit suicide or committing a sin, though the consequence of such state in a dream may eventually turn positive in wakefulness. Ride Should he meanwhile fall down in the dream, it means that such a trial will not take place. If one sees himself riding over someone's shoulder backward in a dream, it means that he does not accept any advice or excuse, or it may mean that he turns to the other side if he is asked for help, or it may mean that he engages in the forbidden sexual intercourse during women's menstrual period, or that he engages in sodomy. Loom In a dream, a standing loom represents travels or business activities. A loom laying flat in a dream means inhibition, restraint, or seclusion. In a dream, a loom also means support or a gift for a needy person. It also means a high ranking position or becoming a respected chairperson. Wolf The wolf symbolizes an unjust enemy, a liar, a thief, or a treacherous, wicked, and deceitful friend.
• A wolf entering one’s house: A thief will break in.
• A wolf changing into another kind of docile animal: A thief who will halt his activities and repent.
• Raising a baby wolf: Will bring up a foundling, the child of a thief who will ultimately destroy the dreamer’s home and squander his money.

Bullfight (Butting; Thrusting) A bullfight or a goat fight with horns in a dream means preparing for war. It also could mean joining a festival, a show of innovation, or participating in heedless activities. Thrusting or bumping someone with the head in a dream means plagues, illness or calamities that will affect both parties. If blood flows from their heads because of such blows in the dream, it means that they will both suffer evil consequences and losses. Hone (Grindstone; Razor strop) In a dream, a hone, or a razor strop represents guidance, forthrightness and knowledge. A hone in a dream also means incitement or promoting an activity, or encouragement to continue one's course of actions. A hone in a dream is also interpreted to represent a woman, or someone who causes division between a husband and a wife, or between friends and beloveds. Prison • A sick person dreaming of being in an unknown jail: A reference to his tomb, where he will be locked till the Day of Resurrection. If the jail is known, the disease will last, but he will hopefully recover and resume his activities in this world (which is yet another jail of its kind). In case the jail is unknown and the patient is a criminal, he will remain sick for a long time without any hope of a recovery unless he repents or embraces Islam, and the jail in question is his grave.

Rake (Shovel) A rake in a dream represents an employee or a servant. Its function is to sweep and gather dirt or manure and all of that means money in a dream. Only one who uses a rake in wakefulness will see one in his dream. As for an unmarried person, seeing a rake in a dream means getting married and protecting one's chastity, or uniting with one's beloved, or it could mean a crop, a good appetite, a ladle, a son, a comfortable financial standing, a hard working man, a helper, a hard working and a patient woman, or business activities. Racing (Car racing; Competition; Contest; Horse race; Pigeon racing) Racing on foot in a dream means activities, actions, accomplishments, workout, amusement, playfulness, idling, a vacation, or travelling without a purpose. If a sick person sees himself racing in a dream, it means his death. If a poor person sees himself racing in a dream, it means financial gains. Prison (Also see IMPRISONMENT.) The same interpretation as for Bathroom applies to prison. It also symbolizes disease that cripples the human being or halts his activities, any hindrance especially relating to travel, the grave, and Hell, because it is the place where atheists and criminals receive their chastisement. Likewise, life on earth is a prison for the chaste and a sort of paradise for the disbelievers.
• Being in jail: (1) If the dreamer is embarking on a journey, travel will be cancelled or interrupted due to technical troubles, a war, or some other reason. (2) If the dreamer is not planning a trip, he will enter some place where he will disobey God, says Ibn Siren, like a church, an atheistic or heretical temple, a whorehouse, or a bar, depending on his habits and what he is most likely to do. Sky • Falling from the sky: The dreamer will become an atheist. The sky opening to give way to an old man: A reference to the perseverance of the local people who will reap the fruit of their activities.
• The sky opening and a young man coming out of it: An enemy who will harm the people of the area or sow the seeds of dissension.
• Sheep coming from the sky: A booty (for etymological reasons, the two words in Arabic being ghanam and ghanima, respectively).
• A lion emerging from the sky: The people will be plagued with a wicked tyrant.
• Stealing the sky and hiding it in ajar: The dreamer will steal a mus haf, or Holy Quran book, and give it to his wife.

Sack (Bag; Pouch; Suitcase; Trunk) A sack or any packing container in a dream represents travels, or activities in general. A sack in a dream also represents the body of a human being. An empty sack in a dream then means death. Seeing a sack within a sack in a dream represents the knowledge one benefited from during his life in this world. If the second sack contains money in the dream, it means that one's knowledge is true. If it contains change, it means that one is still studying and needs to further his knowledge. Shovel (Harrow; Mattock; Plow; Scoop; Trowel) In a dream, a shovel represents a wife for an unmarried person. She will keep no secret, though she will spare no expense to save her husband from poverty. A shovel in a dream also means dispelling distress, overcoming trouble, or satisfying one's debts. A shovel in a dream also may represent a trustworthy person one can depend on during hard times, or in times of adversities. Counting up to the number one hundred, five thousand or twenty thousand in a dream signifies victory against one's enemy. Counting up to the number seven or eight means distress or pressures. Counting up to the number nine in a dream means adversities and joining the company of corrupt and evil people. Counting up to the number ten in a dream means completing a project, or it could mean attending the pilgrimage in Mecca. Counting up to the number forty in a dream means anticipating the fulfillment of a promise. Counting up to the number thirty in a dream means promising someone the impossible or telling a lie. The number one in a dream signifies uniqueness, superiority, having the leading edge in knowledge, money, prosperity, marriage, child, or it could mean languor, solitude or liking to be alone or cessation of activities.
