Hole Falling into a hole and crying for help to no avail in a dream means taking a short trip. A hole in a dream also represents a poor woman who strives to cover others pitfalls, though she cannot veil her own. Hiding inside a hole in a dream also means appeasement of one's fears, or ending of one's adversities. If while hiding, one finds food, or fresh water, or a cloth to cover himself in the dream, it means profiting from sources one does not anticipate, or making peace with an opponent. Darkness (Atheism; Ignorance; Night; Obscurity) In a dream, darkness means straying from Allah's path, being lost, committing an error, erring, confusion and perplexity. If one walks out of darkness into light in his dream, it means salvation, safety, guidance, repentance from sin or release from prison. Darkness in a dream also represents an oppressor. Thus, walking into a dark place in a dream means being unjust. Obscurity in a dream means the darkness of one's heart or blindness. Dye As for women, dyeing means happiness, new clothing, receiving gold, or a wedding celebration. If the dye exceeds the required surface of the hands or the feet in the dream, it means being struck with fear and worries caused by one's business or friends. If a man sees himself in a dream dyeing his hair or beard with other than henna, it means that he will suffer from what he fears most. Dyeing or suppressing one's feelings for a sick person means recovering from his ailment. Dyeing one's hair black in a dream means hiding one's bad conditions, spoiling the benefits of one's deeds, or hiding one's evil intentions. City An unknown city in a dream represents the hereafter, while a known city represents the world. Seeing oneself in an unknown city in a dream is also a sign of righteousness. The best of cities in a dream are the large ones. One's home town in a dream represents his father, while one's homeland in a dream represents his mother. Seeing oneself in a northern city in a dream mean increase of one's cash flow. Seeing oneself in a southern city means increase in one's trickery and deception. Tongue Having two tongues in a dream also means backbiting others, or having two faces with people, for people say that so-and so has two tongues or two faces. If the second tongue does not impede the person from speaking in the dream, then it denotes his truthfulness, love and affection toward others. One's tongue in a dream also may represent something one fears, such as the collapsing of a roof over his head, or it could represent an enemy. It also means isolating oneself from people of knowledge and wisdom, or it could mean remaining mostly silent, minding one's own business, or offering devotion and being grateful to Allah Almighty for His gifts and blessings. Feces Excreting in the wilderness, then covering one's Feces with dirt in a dream means hiding money. To defecate in a marketplace in public in a dream means incurring Allah's displeasure and the curse of His angels. Throwing Feces at someone in a dream means starting a fight or opposing him in opinion, being unjust to him, or causing him great losses. The consequences also may backfire at the assailant. If one sees himself standing inside the sewers and searching through the filth with a stick in his dream, it means that he might become a judge and be accused of bribery or misuse of people's money. Seeing human excrements in a dream means abstraction of movement, stalling of businesses, or facing complex and harmful adversities. To soil oneself with people's Feces in a dream means sickness or fear, or it could mean good benefits for a person whose acts are filthy and abominable. Owl An owl in a dream also represents a person without steadfastness or determination to do what is right. If an owl falls inside his house in a dream, it means news of someone's death. Porcupine (Hedgehog) In a dream, a porcupine represents someone who is constantly depressed, easily annoyed, who quickly gets angry and who has little compassion. A porcupine in a dream also represents deceit, spying, betraying someone, hiding, or evil. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Incense Perfuming oneself with sweet incense in a dream means having a good friendship. An incense burner or holder in a dream represents a certitude that is praiseworthy. Perfume in a dream basically means good, though to a bedridden person it means death. This category includes; amber, henna plant (Lawsonia inermis, bot.), or fumigating oneself with sweet incense, though there is a danger that could arise from the smoke in the dream. Perfuming oneself with amber in a dream means increase in earnings that will come through the labor of a rich person who is associated with the one seeing the dream. Kite The kite symbolizes an obscure but extremely harmful king who is humble but unjust and very able. The reason is that the kite flies low and hardly misses any prey. One kite is a woman who betrays her man without hiding. That bird refers as well to thieves, highway bandits, purse snatchers, and cheats who take welfare from their friends. Amber (Musk; Spermaceti) To perfume or anoint oneself with amber in a dream means increase in one's earnings through a rich acquaintance or earning money through a notable person or through a man of knowledge.
