Interpretation according to Varying Times If a person dreams during the night that he is mounted on an elephant it suggests that he will profit immensely from a certain affair or contractor task. Incident - Cutting off family ties Bishr bin Abi Al-'Aliya said: "I asked Muhammad about someone who saw his jaws fall out in a dream." He replied: 'This is someone who has cut off his ties with his family." Here again, Prophet Muhammad went to the origin, and in this case, it is one's teeth. In Islam, breaking relations with one's family is considered a major sin. Jubair Ibn Mut'in reported that Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) has said: "One who breaks his family ties will not enter paradise." Incident - Angel Writing Four Times It is related that Al-Mustanjid Billah son of Al-Muqtafi saw during his father's life a dream in which an angel descended and wrote four times the Arabic letter 'H' in the palm of his hand. When Al-Mustanjid woke up, he told the dream to an interpreter who replied: "You will receive the Caliphate from your father in the year five hundred fifty-five, and already five months and five days have passed." Navel (Umbilicus) In a dream, one's navel represents his mother, his father, or it could mean his earnings, wife, servant or a coffer. If one's navel looks abnormal in a dream, it means that something bad may happen to his family. This also may affect any of the above members of his family or property. Cistern If one sees a well being used as a cistern in his house in a dream, it denotes that the dwellers of that house are of the middle class, or it could mean that the water of that house is salty or non potable. If one sees the cistern filled with butter or honey or milk in a dream, it means that one's wife is pregnant, or it could mean prosperity for that family. If the family of such a house is thirsty in the dream, and if the cistern is filled with other than water, then it means that they owe alms tax and must pay the necessary charity on their assets, or it could mean that such a family has turned its back to Allah's path and preferred worldly gains instead, or that they have a knowledge that they do not practice, or it could mean shortage of rain in that locality that necessitates spending money on Allah's path. Tooth • Dreaming of an incisor growing over a current one: A new member will join the household. But if pain ensues, it means that the newcomer will bring about shame and troubles.
• Extracting one’s teeth: The dreamer is not supporting his family or is spending unwillingly.
• Throwing one’s teeth by pushing them with the tongue: The dreamer’s family will be harmed by foolish statements on the dreamer’s part.
• Teeth made of gold: Good dream for a scholar or an orator; otherwise it means disease or a fire.

Divorce In general, divorce means poverty, losses, or the end of a partnership. It could also mean parting from a once friendly, “royal” relation, as women are thought to be whimsical like kings. But certain dream interpreters believe that divorce means that the person will become self-sufficient. They refer to a verse of the Holy Quran in the sense that if husband and wife split, God would render each of them self-sufficient by His bounty. For Muslims, there are three types or three degrees of divorce because a man can divorce, up to three times only, each of his wives; following that, the wife needs to have an interim husband before he can marry her again for the last time. In certain cases, the husband may utter the words, “I divorce you three times.” Therefore, the possible reversal of the meaning of the dream or the hope it could raise or dissipate depends on the severity of the case in the dream. Piss Urine generally symbolizes spending and wasting money. It could also mean illicit or inappropriate spending.
• Urinating: The dreamer will spend money that will benefit himself.

Canal (Channel; Water passage; Watercourse) In a dream, a canal represents a woman, money or a scholar. Running a watercourse or a channel in a dream means getting married, building a business, or it could mean finding a job and serving one's family and community. Seeing a canal in a dream also means sufferings caused by a member of one's family. Water channels in a dream represent servants or housekeepers. A canal in a dream also could signify a lavatory, sewage, a marketplace, or it could mean a shop. Thus, digging a canal in a dream also could mean prosperity and spending money to support one's family and dependents. Child Bereavement of a child in a dream means the opposite in real life. It also means rejoicing, reunions, pleasures and earning respect. Incident - Seventy Leaves in a dream A man came to Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him, and said: " I was given seventy leaves in my dream last night." Abu Bakr replied: "It means that you will be flogged seventy times." The interpretation came true within a short time when he had to face such a public chastisement for a sin he committed. Within that same year, the man came to Abu Bakr and said: "I saw that same dream again." Abu Bakr replied: "You will receive seventy thousand Dirhams." The man said: "Oh Imam of the Muslims! Carrying the Dead if a person sees himself carrying a dead person in any manner other than the normal manner of carrying a bier or corpse it means he will carry a burden of haraam wealth. Some interpreters say that the same dream could mean that he is spending his wealth on some pervert. If a person sees himself as carrying a dead person in a normal way it means he will either obey and follow the ruler of the time or he will take upon himself some of his responsibilities.
