Dance • Being dragged to a dance: Escape from a problem or an accusation. • A child dancing: Bad dream, meaning that the subject might become a deaf-mute, because mutes use their hands to make signs, like a dancing child. • Dancing on a hill or any elevated place: Fear. • A prisoner dreaming that he is dancing: Will be unchained and freed from prison. • A rich or poor woman dancing: Silly acts and big scandal. • Dreaming that you dance while sailing in reality: Hardships are ahead. • A poor person dancing: Will get rich, but only for a while. • A professional male dancer dancing for himself: Someone associated with catastrophes. • A professional female dancer: (1) The underworld, or the mean world. (2) Rest for whoever is tired. • A bondsman dancing: Will be beaten up. • A monkey trainer who makes monkeys dance: Someone will teach a lesson to polytheists and their children. Dance This has contradictory interpretations. • Dancing: Tragedy. The dancer will blow up. • Dancing for somebody else: Will share his tragedy. • Dancing alone in one’s house: (1) Joy and sufficiency, because one dances only when his stomach is full and he doesn’t care for anything. (2) Dancing at home and being surrounded only by one’s family, with no stranger around: Good for everybody. • One’s wife, son, or any other relative dancing: Good augury, joy and plenty of riches. • Dancing in someone else’s place: The owner of that place will be plagued with a tragedy in which the dancer will be involved. • A patient of either sex dancing: Disease will last longer and worries will increase. Peacock In a dream, a peacock represents a vain and a strutting person. A peacock in a dream also could represent a beautiful and a wealthy woman, or cheerful looking people. If one sees himself owning a peacock and a pigeon in a dream, it means that he is a pimp. A female peacock in a dream represents a bride, children, or wealth. Owning a peacock in a dream also means wandering, heedlessness, pride, ostentatiousness, backbiting, deceit, lies, confiding into one's enemy, loss of blessings, experiencing poverty after being rich and tightness after plenitude. Peacock Seeing a peacock in a dream also means jewelry, clothing, presidency, a beautiful wife, marriage and good children. Eating the flesh of a peacock in a dream means the death of one's wife and inheriting her wealth. To hold the radiant rain-bow colored plumules of a peacock in a dream means profits earned through a woman. Peacock The peacock symbolizes smiling people, sight of whom in the morning with their good mood is a nice augury. But dreaming of a peacock sometimes gives rise to opposing interpretations. To some it refers to a crown, nice clothes, and jewels, the aesthetic sense, the admiration of and passion for beauty, the pleasurable husband or wife, and the good children. To others it means speaking ill of others, vanity, resorting to one’s enemies, the termination of blessings, and the forthcoming absence of prosperity and ease to experience poverty or hardly manage to subsist. • Seeing a peahen: A reference to a non-Muslim foreign lady jinxed but pretty and rich inasmuch as the peahen’s color and feathers seemed beautiful. Waraqah Wearing White Garments 'Aishah said: "The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) was asked about Waraqah. Khadijah said to him: 'He believed in you, but he died before your advent.' So the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: 'I saw him in a dream, and upon him were white garments. If he were among the inhabitants of the Fire then he would have been wearing other than that.'" Incident - breaking an Egg, and it Eating only the White A person asked Ibn Sirin (RA): “What is your opinion regarding a person who had dreamed that he borke an egg and ate its white only and not its yolk?” The Imaam said: “Bring me the man who had seen the dream so that he personally relates to me his dream. I will answer him.” The man said. “No, do answer me: I will convey your interpretation to him”. The Imaam refused.
