Chest (Bosom; Heart) If one has a broad and a nice looking chest in a dream, it means repentance of a sinner or being eager and willing to follow the truth and to comply with it, or it could mean making it easy to accept things that were difficult to absorb. If a woman sees her beloved inside her chest in a dream, it means that she is suffering because of him or complaining about him, or if she is ill, it means that she will recover from her illness. To have a broad chest in a dream also means giving preference to others needs. One's chest in a dream also represents what one may conceal in it of knowledge, guidance, heedlessness or it could represent a coffer where one hides his money. Incident - A Bird Flying Off Chest A man said to a dream interpreter: "I saw a bird flying off from my chest, then I sought my mother who hid me inside her garment." The interpreter replied: "If your dream is true, then it means your death. The bird represents your soul, and your hiding in your mother's robe means your burial. Surgery Surgery in a dream represents the real limb which is operated on in one's dream. If a young man or a young woman see themselves having an operation where their chest is opened, or having an open heart surgery for example in a dream, it means that they are in love. Liver • Plenty of livers raw, grilled, or cooked: Treasures will be opened to the dreamer, and he will help himself at will.
• Seeing one’s face reflected in the liver like in a mirror: Will die.
• Liver pain: Harm to one’s children, who are as dear as our liver, to borrow the expression of the Muslims Holy Prophet.
• The liver being cut off: Death of a son or daughter.

Sky • Seeing numerous gates of Heaven: A reference to usury.
• Some flies, bees, birds, et cetera, coming from the gates of Heaven: Diluvial rain, in view of the Quranic verse: “Then opened We the gates of Heaven with pouring water.” (“Al-Qamar” [The Moon], verse 11.)
• Being close to the sky: The dreamer is close to God or, if his ambitions are not so great, to his superior and his prayers will be heard.

Martingale (Pith) In a dream, a martingale represents braces for a broken rib, bone setting, ointment for chest pain, the support by which one finds courage, feeling good about oneself, or the core that evokes pride about one's achievement. Eye The eye represents the person’s vision and discrimination between right and wrong. It also symbolizes money and children, as they are as dear as the eyes. The black eye refers to religion, the blue religious violation, and the green a religion different from all others.
• Having several eyes in the body: Excessive virtue and religion.
• Dreaming that one’s stomach has been opened and finding an eye in it: The dreamer is a hypocrite.
• Dreaming that one’s eyes are those of a stranger: The dreamer will go blind and be guided by someone else.
• Dreaming that one’s eyes are those of an identified person: The dreamer will marry that person’s daughter and benefit from him.

Notebook (Records) In a dream, a notebook means managing one's expenses, or remembering the past. A notebooks in a dream also represents an estate, a treasure chest, benefits, profits, distress, burdens, or bad comments. Case (Chest; Coffer) In a dream, a case represents a wife, a beautiful woman, one's house or one's shop. Paradise • Being driven or introduced to Paradise: (1) Death is near. (2) The dreamer will become wise and repent from sins at the hands of the person seen taking him to Paradise if that person can be identified.
• Being told, “Enter Paradise,” and refusing to obey: The dreamer is an apostate in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: “Lo! they who deny Our revelations and scorn them, for them the gates of Heaven will not be opened nor will they enter the Garden until the camel goeth through the needle’s eye. Thus do We requite the guilty.” (“Al-Araf [The Heights], verse 40.)
