Astrologer (Foreseer; Fortuneteller; Predictor; Soothsayer) Seeing an astrologer in a dream means associating oneself with spiritual masters and witnessing some of their miraculous signs. An astrologer in a dream also may mean knowledge of people's secrets, curiosity, inquisitiveness, meddling in people's affairs, divulging people's secrets, soothsaying, fortune-telling, backbiting, predicting the future, hearsay, gossip, distress or trouble. Slave • Freeing a slave: Sacrifice. Hence a man dreaming that he has been set free from slavery will be the object of a sacrifice.
• An indebted free person or one who has committed some sin dreaming that he has been set free from slavery: God will come to his rescue, or he will repent.
• A bondsman dreaming that he has been set free: (1) The possible death of his master or himself. (2) If ill, will die. (3) Fewer benefits. (4) If the master was a renegade or a disbeliever, he will repent or embrace Islam and be safe from Hell’s inferno.

Cow If a dairy cow allows the person to draw her milk in a dream, it means conferring benefits. Otherwise, if it refuses to allow the person to milk her in the dream, it means dissonance and discord. If a servant sees himself milking his master's cow in a dream, it means that he will marry his wife after the master dies, and that he will become extremely rich. If a cow enters one's house and thrusts against him, or butts against him in the dream, it means losses and mistrust in one's own family. Yoke (Bond; Bondage; Harness; Shackles; Yoke of matrimony) In a dream, a yoke means benefits for most people except for people in bondage. In their case, seeing a yoke in a dream means harsher subjugation to their masters. If someone is suffering from bondage, or if a prisoner of war, or a political prisoner sees a broken yoke in a dream, it means that he will be set free. The wooden frame which is attached to the plough-iron or the colter in a dream means marriage, bearing children, or work. Incident - Embracing the moon He said: “ She shall bear you the most beautiful boy of his time”. He said: “O master! At this very moment she is expecting”. Incident - Dreamers hair became Shaven A person approached Ibn Sirin (RA) and said : “ I have seen a dream that I have shaven my hair” or he said “ I have seen my head shaven. Please interpret the dream for me”. The Imaam said: “This slave of yours will be separated from you either by becoming free or by your death or his”. Incident - a Bowl full of Ants He related to him the advice of the Imaam. She asked him what he planned to do. He said he planned to sell. Him. She said: “In the at case you may as well divorce me.” It is said that he sold the salve to a teacher of his. When the wife learned of this she absconded in pursuit of the slave. The husband, on learning his immediately set off to look for her. He found her in the city of Harraan where she had repurchased the slave from his new master and married him. • A mosque having been demolished: A religious person will die in that area.

Manumission (Abraham; Ismail; Immolation; Liberation) Manumission of a slave in a dream represents a ritual sacrifice, or the offering of an animal during the Feats of Immolation, on the 10th day of the Arabic month of Zul-Hijjah, and following the annual pilgrimage to Mecca. If one gives permission to his wife to leave him in a dream, it means that they will be divorced. If a bondman sees himself liberated in a dream, it means that he or his master may die shortly. Incident - Hands being bounded by a black rope A person narrated the following dream to Ibn Sirin : “I saw in the dream that my son bounded my hands behind my back with a black rope. Tell me what does this mean.” The Imaam said:” Congratulations to you. You are in debt and your son will relieve you of this burden very shortly. Moreover, he will also relieve you of your burden of having to earn a livelihood and incurring further debts. For, blackness suggests affluence and sufficiency”.
