Cradle of Ismail (A section of the Sacred House in Mecca.) Seeing oneself praying or standing at the Cradle of Ismail in a dream means bearing a son who will become the principal provider for the family. If one is rich, then seeing the cradle of Ismail in a dream means that he will be debarred from his assets and that his rights to use them will be suspended. Flying According to Al-Nabulsi, if the dreamer has too many aspirations and is a vain person, any dream involving flying is null and void. For others:
• Dreaming repeatedly of flying: (1) The dreamer has many wishes. (2) The dreamer is frivolous and uncontrollable when angry. (3) The dreamer is happy. (4) The dreamer is superstitious and draws an evil omen from certain things.
• Flying: Travelling. The best dream in this section is that in which the flying is in the direction of the Qiblah, the place toward which worshipers turn their faces when they pray. Citadel (Castle; Fortress; Stronghold) If a suitable person sees himself inside a beautiful citadel in a dream, it means that he will be appointed as a leader, or that he will he get married, have a child, buy a property, walk the path of the believers, or repent of his sins. If one sees himself inside a citadel or a castle in a dream, it means that he will be endowed with ascetic detachment from this world and with piety, faith and abstinence from sin. Inkwell To buy an inkwell in a dream means that one's marriage will see no happiness since one's writing pen comes out of it with ink only. An inkwell in a dream also means ulcer. The pen represents iron (See Iron), and the ink means time. If one sees a section of his body transformed into an inkwell, whereby he can draw ink from it and write in a notebook in the dream, it means that he will receive an inheritance. An inkwell in a dream also means medicine. If one is sick, then seeing an inkwell in a dream also means finding the right medicine and, Allah willing, one will be cured from his illness. Beard For a man, a beard in a dream signifies wealth, honor and dignity. If it is moderately long or well trimmed in the dream, it means earning respect, rising in rank, prosperity, beauty and sovereignty. If only the sides of one's beard are long and not the middle section in the dream, it means that one will work to save money for someone else. If one's beard is too long and lacks proper trimming in a dream, it means indebtedness, distress and suffering from depression. If it becomes long to the extent of reaching the floor in the dream, it means death. If one's beard grows long and thick in a dream, it means longevity or increase in one's wealth. City Seeing oneself in a large and populated city in a dream means prosperity and wealth. Entering a city in a dream also means making peace between people. Driving through an unknown section of a city in a dream means losses. Entering an old city that is rebuilt and restored in a dream means that a great and a pious person will be born in that city and he will grow to guide its people on the path of righteousness. A city in a dream also signifies an oath, meeting with one's beloveds, peace, tranquillity and safety. Meeting with Allah-fearing people in a dream means attaining one's goals and receiving glad tidings.
